Sea view room-spectacular view When called hotel for shuttle bus from ferry terminal, they answered there is none but next day we found there was. When we informed receptionist about that he just said "oh!" |

It was located in a quiet area of Macau, which is what I sought. Room size was reasonable and there was a shuttle to town-centre, which was convinient. The hotel isn't bad...but nothing about it stands out either. One thing for sure, it is not really a 5-star level hotel as advertised. I stayed in 4-star hotels in the near-by Hong Kong that weremore impressive. The lack of pool or any fitness facility is a downside. Also, trying to get a shuttle back to the hotel from the city proved an almost impossible affair or, at least a time-wasting one. Overall, the hotel seems like it is catering primarily to groups from China's mainland and it not that well set up for the solo or couple travellers. Small things that were annoying include a fairly run-down room furniture (including semi-broken closet door), barely working TV and smudges left on the window from a previous tenant. |

It is reasonably clean. It is away from the business centre, but the half-hourly shuttle bus makes the city and the ferry pier easily accessible. The price is very good, even after paying additional additional money for a very good view of the inner harbour and the Macau Tower. There are not enough non-smoking rooms |

Price is affordable. Location is really good. We enjoyed the beautiful scene of Macau Tower and sea. The equipment is not that perfect...far from 5 stars. Air conditioner always makes us cold. |

We got a suite instead of a standard room! It is a great quiet hotel not so far from the historic centre (and they have shuttle buses, so there's no problem getting to the terminal/airport). Great views, nice rooms. |

Great view of the macau tower from the suite. The shuttle bus driver was helpful and provided good information about macau attractions. Hotel staff was somewhat cold and unwelcoming. Refused to help us to call the ferry terminal to ask about the availability of tickets. We had to use our own singaporean phone to make the call. |

nice view of macau tower. walking distance from major casinos This hotel does not deserve 5 star rating. I have stayed in better 3 star hotels. Staff need to work on their customer service skills. Swimming pool was unavailable for use even though it was advertised a facility on this website. From its actions, ranging from providing small quantities of soap in the bathroom to serving tap water in the restaurant, the hotel appears to be a miser. |

Прекрасное месторасположение, очень приветливый персонал. Хорошо говорят по английски! Очень хороший завтрак. Близко и до достопримечательностей, и до магазинов , и до гостиниц с казино. Есть автобус - шатл бесплатный от гостиницы, который возит до центра каждые пол часа. Центр очень близко. |

Gute Lage, ruhig und trotzdem dicht am Zentrum, leicht zu erreichen per Shuttle Bus alle halbe Stunde. Super Aussicht auf den Macao Tower von den Sea View Zimmern. Garden View ist etwas irrefuehrend, man blickt auf eine Felswand ca 1 Meter vor dem Fenster. |

rezervasyonumu yaparken kredi karti bilgilerimin sadece bilgi amacli istendigi gibi idi ama ben henuz otele ulasmadan kartimdan odeme alinmak istenmis bu beni cok rahatsiz etti. Bunu disinda otele ilk giris yaparken resepyon gorevlileri cok nazik degillerdi gibi geldi. Genel olarak Macau da bu ucrete biyle bir otel hic te fena sayilmaz idi. Onerim uluslar arasi bir otle olmasina ragmen bu konuda personellerini biraz daha egitirler ise daha iyi olacagini dusunuyorum. |

ホテルに到着したのがチェックインタイムより早い時間だったので、荷物を預けて観光をした後でチェックイン- する積もりでしたが、直ぐにチェックインを受け付けてくれました。また部屋もオーシャンビューで大変良い気- 分になりました。ホテルからぺ僅か１５０ｍ（但し登り）にあるペーニャ教会は、人が少なく静かに時を過ごす- ことができます。 |

Le systeme de bus gratuits qui fait le lien hotel-aeroport mais qui amene aussi au coeur de ville, par rotation toutes les demi heures, puisque l'hotel est excentré Trop excentré, manque de rafraichissement dans les chambres et salles communes, forte odeur de tabac dans les couloirs, voire la chambre. |
