quite clean, nice furnitures

poor location, and weak hotel, not worth it's price, long time waiting till room is ready (we waited till 3:45pm to get a room) and no place in lobby to sit and wait, in hotel's restaurant you can't wait untill you order something, rooms clean and nice furnitures, but very very small, regular simple pool (on pics looks better than in reality), poor minibar and expensive as for chinese standards

The hotel was nice and clean and so was the room. The location was quite good, walking distance to Guia Hill and some restaurants nearby.

We had two kids (ages 7&9) who slept free in the room sharing the beds, but the hotel charged them full price (around 160 patacas!) for the breakfast. I think the price is too high and the breakfast was not very special. Very many Asian foods and only a few western foods (eggs, cereal, toast, one kind of cheese and ham).

within the city...so gives you an opportunity to experience the city life.

The bed is comfortable esp after a day long walked and breakfast is also very tasty. Value for money!

The hotel staff were very friend and efficient. Our stay was only for two nights but we were made to feel as valued guests. Very helpful in telling us where to go and what best to see on such a short stay. Easy access to the ferry terminals with free shuttle bus. Would stay again.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel location is convenient and have bus stops nearby. The hotel offers shuttle bus services to ferry spot and other hotels. It's easy to reach many places by walking or ny transportation. The staff are nice and helpful. The price is reasonable. The coffee shop is nice for relaxing tea and buffet. The swimming with warm water temperature and gym are newly decorated. We enjoyed in the nice swimming pool so much in eraly morning. For holidays and looking around Macau, it's highly recommended.We will come back.

Just the room do not have a good view. Otherwise, it's the best!

It's a old 5 star hotel. Location is very good. As we can walk a little bit and get to Dasanba(where we can get delicious snack) easily. Room isn't new, but still quite comfortable.

Bed sheet is of high-quality. It's very comfortable. But my bed sheet had 5 small holes, and they are still using it. I don't mind this too much though.

The great services shown by their concierge guys are excellent which helped us to enjoy our trip there. The hotel front desk was indeed helpful too. I would suggest this hotel to friends and sure to return my stay in the future.

It had the best compromise between price and position at the time of my booking. The staff is kind and the shuttle bus helps to reach the ferry terminal.

Only Wifi connection available at the lobby, no service in the room. Breakfast very very expensive and not included in the room price.

It is a bit costly for this hotel.add about 10% you may be able to get venetians or galaxy which are real grand hotels.

It's a nice hotel with friendly staff. Room is very clean, located in a peaceful place, and near to the tourist spots. Shuttle bus is always ready every half an hour, to take us to the Ferry Terminal, other Casinos and downtown. They are also flexible in receiving the payment, as I paid half in HKD and half in Macau currency. I'd like to come to Macau and stay in this hotel again for sure.
