Hotel Royal Macau  

Nice staff, fast check-in and check-out, internet. I asked to upgrade the room and they did it for free. Life classic music in hotel lobby.

I booked a seat of shuttle bus to airport at 10 AM but it arrived the hotel a little bit late.

The frequency of the free shuttle buses. One route every hour, another route every half hour. They could also organize airport drop-off at a price. We also liked the indoor swimming pool, good temperature.

It was not a 5-star hotel but just a good hotel. There are a lot of Chinese package tours tourists. They come by the bus loads.

Kind of away from the fully packed tourists' area, but easily accessible from both the border and the ferry terminal within short time-period Medium price, affordable for most people. Comfortable rooms, and surprisingly some details

Very helpfull service room very clean and spacious. Local restuarant food great and much cheaper than expensive hotels. Thanks to Wotif we would not have had such a great room

The hotel is very strategic and only a 10-minutes walk from the senado square and shopping center. Our room was so big completed with living room, king size bed, 2 big screen television, big refrigerator and mini pantry. The front liners were very helpful and helped us a lot in giving sightseeing direction. The free shuttle made this hotel easily to be reached from macau ferry terminal.

protect customer privacy by avoid outsider to check on customer room number and hotel phone number.

customer reservation confirmation does not update although customer have verified confirm with hotel macau. customer need to wait long time for verification just can be check in hotel. lack of knowledge for serve customer at front receptionist counter although customer had all detail to check in.

The hotel does provides shuttle bus services which ease our tour in Macau. The staff at the front counter is able to speak English fluently and willing to help. Thumbs up for their hospitality and it is definately is my 1st choice of accommodation if i revisit to Macau.

The hotel was lovely and relatively cheap for a hotel of it's quality. It was very centrally located and definitely worth a stay.
