value for money, staff superb kind and they willing to help, provide informations.. comfortable bed, big room compare to hongkong!! a bit far from the terminal and the shuttle bus provided by hotel only until 10pm.. |

Large room and a wide range of international tv channels. It is very cheap compared to the Wynn, MGM, Lisboa and the rest of the casinos in the area, probably at most 50% of the rate. It is however very close to the casinos and the hotel provide a shuttle bus every half hour to the casinos nearby. I would not call it an american breakfast. There is scrambled eggs and bacon, but it is mostly different kinds of Chinese styled food. |

Enjoy the comfort of the hotel room which is well fitted out and clean.. The buffet breakfast is a bit on the thin side, not enough selection of food.. |

The room was quite comfortable and the amenities good Breakfast service - staff not prompt in replenishing the buffet, but too quick to clear the table when it was obvious the guest had not finished. Cashier did not allow enough time for guest to decide if it was beneficial to pay in HKD or MOP, and whether to convert straightaway or let the credit card company convert |

Hotel is very clean and staff is very courteous and friendly The hotel is a little far away from places like the Venetian.. the shuttle service could be a little more frequent to the far away locations. |

The interiors are good. The carpets are slightly old. The breakfast buffet was very good. Free Shuttle was good. It seems that Hotel is between 3 Star+ and 4 Star- and certainly not 5 Star as they say on website or rather as you say on your website, No adaptor ( got when requested), No iron ( got when requested) , No creamer powder, just 2 coffee small sachets and 2 tea bags in the room. No welcome fruits/ cookies. Renovation going on and entire hotel was covered with green from outside. |

convenience and good breakfast provided. Poor attitude of reception staff , not helpful and unfriendly. Literally not customer- orientated. There was some confusion pertaining to my booking as it was not reflected in the hotel on-line system despite having my booking reference number. Staff insisted that it was no fault of the hotel and insisted that i contact booking.com to resolve the problem. |

Service staff (Philipinos) very friendly and extremely helpful. Currently renovation work is going on with some noise between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm. Breakfast not up to 5 star standard, rather poor. |

The interior of the hotel was nicely furnished... the service and the bed are all very comfortable.. and the hotel lobby looks pretty elegant.. ;) the location is in the middle of some residential area and it is easy to get lost, always write down the chinese name of the hotel if you're taking a taxi.. althou, it is pretty near the city centre and pretty easy to get to the other casino if you're using their shuttle bus.. hmmm, the room we're in is slightly spooky.. ;( |

great breakfast in the morning, free shuttle bus, nice rooms the staff struggled to speak and understand English. Communicating was very difficult as i had to repeat several times what i was trying to say. Hotel staff must learn or be able to speak fairly good English so that us english speaking tourists can communicate easier. Staff were very good in all other aspects though. |

good room size and the bath is very good, beautiful and clean.. the breakfast is also good mix of chinese and also western food the room windown sight.. we can not see any thing, only an old building close the windown. The hotel is not located in the best places of Macau. |
