Best service at the hotel and a free shuttle bus to ferry building

Very big service for the staffs there, especially for the front desk staff. They don't have much experience to deal with coustomers queue up for a long time who waiting for check out. They also don't have any instructions for customers to follow when they check in or check out.

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were welcoming & efficient. My room, which was large and comfortable, was on the 14th or so floor and had a lovely view over the inner harbour. It's located near to the Guia Lighthouse, so you need a taxi or it's a good walk to St Paul ruins etc - not a problem though. Can't comment on the pool/spa etc as didn't have time to use these facilities - looked fine.

I liked this hotel very much - it offered a good experience, and good value for money. I would stay there again.

We had a pickup from the Macau Ferry Terminal. The bus was a little bit hide, so we had to look for first. The concierge was friendly and really helpful. His English was much better than from the reception staffs. The Hotel is in the center of Macau, so every spots is fast reachable. We had the Breakfast in the Lobby lounge, the Service there is excellent and good assorted.

The reception staff speaks a really poor English. they could not explain something easilier. The facilities in the hotel was ok, but too expensive. The shower was looks good, but after showering, the hole bathground was wet, because the construction of the showerdoor is leaking.

Noisy maintanance work between 0900 till 1900,was not annoced on webpage,,city center not so short walk as announced

Very nice hotel, well situated, quiet, beautiful rooms, very clean, we liked the soft piano playing in the lobby lounge until 1 am. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
