Front desk personal were very helpful and very friendly. The shuttle bus was not on schedule, which caused quite a stress for us. It will be very helpful if the bus could be a bit often in the morning and evening hour. One more thing, I would like to have a cup of coffee / tea in the morning. But I was told I need to call to get it. 5* hotel should have this for free without a phone call. |

在住宿的時候我是訂一間雙人房,一個人住,想請他們改成一個雙人大床,飯店就推拖說沒有了,講了好久才說明天才能給我們換,明天再去問時,發現根本就沒- 有這一回事,好像前一晚所講的都是白講的.對於這種服務感到非常失望,以後也不會再想入住這種Hotel |

酒店位置还不错，步行就5-20分钟可以到市政厅和购物街，穿梭巴士基本上覆盖了旅游景点，只是需要安排好时间有些地方每天只有2次，- 建议checkin时就问前台拿好，他们一般不主动给班车表 酒店餐厅较少，泳池还在装修无法使用，结帐的时候如果是刷卡竟然只能支付澳门币但是换算的汇率和港币是1：- 1。1，很高，而如果按照预定的港币价格只能付现金，这些酒店没有事先说明。 |

Excellent breakfast and free access to the gym and swimming pool during my stay. Noisy in the morning and afternoon because of the reconstruction. And at night, I could hear water running in the pipes when people next door took a shower. |

Hotel with excellent conditions. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and very comfortable and have a good breakfast. The afternoon snack helps to relax. Great location and have a small bus that leaves us in various parts of the city, as well as the ferry link. |

The good central location and comfort and cleanliness of the room. Nice view, good and free wi-fi. The relaxation area in the lobby could be made more inviting, I think. It just looks like a lot of seats with a TV and the (very good!) bakery is outside the area and a proper bar might make the place look more of a place to relax than somewhere to just sit for a few minutes. |
