Good Gym, poll area was fabulous and location excellent. Huge lovely rooms
40 mins to check in and 30 to check out and if you want anything done by the staff, very slow..friendly staff though
Airport transfers and transportation to the ferry. Officials efficient and courteous reception. Arrangement and efficiency of elevators. Particular attention to the requests of customers. Excellent staff and excellent service of the Concierge staff!
Not seeing a view of the room.
Only the room.
Too far from others casinos. Swimming pool is too far away if u are staying another building. pool should ipen earlier.
It is very hard to like a hotel with 4000 beds!..By definition, it has to be impersonal, with vigilant eyes on every corner. The bedroom was comfortable, and the information desk gave me the address of a nearby Portuguese restaurant that was authentic.
Breakfast was fair only and the Club food was poor
The room was very pleasant, the pools were great, and it was nice to have natural light in the property (unlike the Venetian).
The breakfast coupons were confusing. As a result, we were charged extra on the first day of our stay without us knowing. We assumed each coupon was for each day, not one coupon per person for two days. It would have been helpful to have this explained. Also, the breakfast room was inadequate for the number of patrons. Finally, you should have food options for casual or on-the-go meals, other than McDonald's.
Tha casino only win at home
Location , right on the cotai strip close to all brand new hotels , malls and casino. Excellent view from our room , facilities are just great , you get what you pay for.
Food is definitely not affordable for low or middle budget travelers except Junk food which i'm sure nobody would want to eat everyday.
The front desk staff are friendly and attentive. Concept of shopping and choice of eating places are also good.
- big room size - nice breakfast - nice swimming pool - friendly staff
- too crowded
As a stop -Over on the way home from Europe it was very nice to relax around one of the many lovely pools
Due to the size of the place it seemed a long way to find which was the right breakfast area for our booking
I like the room service.
i didn't like it because before i checked in they are so hassle and it took me almost 2 hours to get check in. I booked online through my friend's CC and i can only show to them the picture but they want it personally. What's the difference? but everything went good so far but that was very hassle.
Great hotel, good bed, big breakfast buffet, shopping malls everywhere (expensive goods though). Good (also expensive) restaurants throughout the malls/resort, and a cheaper'ish food court on the 3rd floor (at least double the price of food courts in other asian cities). Highly recommended, the House of dancing water show, in the City of Dreams resort a few hundred meters north up the Cotai Strip.
If you're looking for anything like the atmosphere of Las Vegas, you'll be greatly disappointed. Not much is going on outside of the resorts.
Breakfast was great. Rooms comfy. Staff helpful and accomodating. We didn't get the family room, but they're a great idea if you've got young kids!
As with all large hotels, don't expect personalized service. Avoid weekends since most hotels in Macao are very busy with tourists.
We had a great service and suite.
Poor wifi in the hotel. In the room the wifi was good.
Upgrade to the Club Rooms.
The breakfast was average.
The wifi do not work in the room, it's totally unacceptable!!!
Excellent hotel, in very good location. Has everything you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Swimming pool, Gym health spa. The room was massive and so was the bathroom. Felt like I was a king. Very wonderful experience.
The hotel is massive, it has over 3500 rooms. So that means over 7000 guest to take care of !! I tried ringing the front desk one evening, but I could not get through. The phone was always engaged.
Asked for late checkout as our son was not feeling well which they gave us for free.
Room service food was great and really tasty Staff were multilingual and very helpful Decor and room were brilliant and very clean
The sheer size of the hotel took a long time to get from one place to another Price was a bit expensive compared to others value wise Wifi in lobby areas and other places of hotel were not working apart from room
shuttle service should have indicated timing.
Check in was easy with SPG clerk, very friendly and accommodating. hotel is well placed to explore shops and other Hotels on the Cotai strip
rooms dry out when aircon is on..... i don't sleep that well here, passable but not great. Nothing to do with beds, pillows, linen they are first class
staff didnt know how to communicate in English. staff dont know how to give direction.
the waiter from IRD was good.
the worst wifi i hv never experienced, i thought there is less amenities than sheraton's standard.
Food, ambience, location, amenities, room space
AC was too strong
breakfast was excellent , because i went with my parents and in laws , breakfast is the most important for them , they were happy with the breakfast.
