Helpful staff at front desk and concierge.
Long wait for elevator at times. Not impressed with manicure received at the spa.
rooms are spacious shuttle to landmarks and fery terminal (can be quite busy at peak hours) ferry ticket as well as show tickets counter at hotel lobby
long queue of shuttle during peak hours
LOVED JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING!
We were in Macau for 2 nights with our 2 year old and loved our stay at Sheraton. Spacious room, excellent service and the Jacuzzi pool to relax were all the advantages to this hotel. Plus the location was spot-on. Highly recommend this hotel!
The staff is so helpful & the bed is feeling good.
no sign for the distance of restaurant,i take a long time to find it,waste my family energy & time!
The room amenities
1Location-a bit far from the happening area
so long to give my refund at the hotel
Location, room and hospitality.
WIFI was hit or miss.
Design and size of room is good, plenty of bottled water in room; sound proof of room is good
The direction sign for the lift lobby is very confusing; need to walk far to reach business centre and gym; late check out not so late;
It is connected by a nice indoor bridge to the Venetian, and I found this great. Everything was smooth and OK.
Long queues at the rereception desks.
Good location, excellent buffet breakfast, comfortable beds, cable tv, casino at lobby
Gave me twin beds when I selected king during booking, room was not cleaned even at 4pm
the room is o.k.
the staff in Casino is very impolite. If the price is lower for the room will be much better.
The Staff were excellent
Location, accessibility to Macau City and cleanliness. Great place to shop too.
WiFi isn't as fast and convenient as compared to Hong Kong's. The waypoint signs are slightly misleading. Walked a good 15 minutes to the main lobby from the drop-off point from the Outer Harbour ferry terminal. Greatest inconvenience: Called in from Singapore a few weeks before check-in and was told there is no need for any additional deposit since we had paid in full, but they requested a credit card (which none of us travelling brought along) or MOP4000 in deposit upon arrival. Left us perplexed and stranded until we coughed up the cash.
We were delighted to receive a room upgrade on arival. Our suite was fabulous - so spacious and beautifully presented. Breakfast is delicious with every taste catered for. You are surrounded by 100's of shops and restaurants. The free shuttle service from the ferry and to and from Macau old town is great. Staff could not do enough for us. There was a great buzz about the hotel.
The entire strip is a construction site. It's easier to use the free shuttles as the taxi drivers are a nightmare to deal with. This place will be fantastic in ten years time when the sky train etc and other infrastructure are completed.
Room was very comfortable.
No wifi in room.
Easy to check in and out
Non smoking room but still some smell of the smoke left may be from the previous guest should be more strict with the rule for firbidding not to smoke in the guest room
Wi-Fi good. Bed comfort good. Room service food was average compared to some other hotels we've stayed in Macau. Bell service average. throwing bags is NOT a nice thing to see!
Didn't have HOT water at night. Just warm! Stayed on the 36th floor during our stay. It's winter now, so HOT water for a bath is very important! Otherwise, things were good.
Very helpful and accomodating staff specially those at the Lounge particularly Brian at the bar. He's an asset to the team. Great food selection at the lounge. Great location and everything within reach whether walking or shuttle bus. Will definitely return.
There was a glitch in the electrical system in the room we were assigned to upon check-in. Took a while to transfer us to another room as the hotel was full. Otherwise everything was very good.
I appreciate the cleaness of my room. Size of the room was good. Bed was really comfortable. The staff was nice and helpful.
My room was far from the elevator. Can easily get lost in the hotel.
There's this Caucasian staff at the concierge (I'm sorry I did not get her name) who was totally awesome when I asked for directions to a few venues. She was friendly to my kids, very clear with her directions and even gave out recommendation like where we should standby to watch the parade.
Check in staff was very business like. Their greetings were rather robotic and there was no warmth & friendliness.
Shopping n casino
Too far from the city although they provide free shuttle bus.
good beddings, big room and value for money
no direct transport to Macau peninsula
1. Public Can access to the floor directly from Casio without any security restrictions. 2. Moreover, difficult to find the reception counter for checking in. Even the staff at main Sheraton lobby don't know. Also signage from the holiday inn to Sheraton.... it's so difficult to find. Actually we saw the signage when almost arrived to Sheraton. Even though we can find the right lift lobby to the 4th floor, still difficult to find the counter. We met a staff on the way to the counter at 4th floor. She also don't know the way too....
