The staff was great!! Good location. Food was good, although a little expensive, but lots of choices.

    Beds were definitely very firm.

Hotel territory that include many recreation tools

Rooms not so new, but I believe that you stay at room not so many time. One time we were waked up by some noise out of room, it was about 2 am, but the reason of noise - staff prepaired room near by including using vacuum cleaner near by our room.

Price was not worth the room. Wifi was only available in lobby.

Very nice advertisement thru Tripadvisor and the various other booking agencies. Pool/beach area was great ambiance/theme also was good. Very friendly staff always looking to make the guest feel at home with what they have for resources.

The Kanoa Resort as well as most other resorts have so much potential to be a premier hotel in this beautiful Island paradise. The furnishings in the rooms were old and outdated some even had mold. Rooms were dark because not enough lighting. Beds were too firm and very uncomfortable. Towels outdated and did not even have face towels. Carpet old and gloomy looking. No restaurant available after hours to have food or beverages like coffee for those that desire. Wi-fi. Yes it was avalable but always disconnecting and sometimes not available. Recommend upgrading the server to a bigger and faster one to include services in the tower. Pretty horrible when the guest have to come to the lobby to do wi-fi. It is the age of electronics now and a bit of a creature comfort for the social media. Recommend also ice machines on every floor so that guests can still get ice and bring to htere So much potential in creating an atmosphere of better quality rest and relaxation. It just doesn't have that "WOW" factor. Spend some money and do a mojor facelift and be a company to be reckoned with.

Housekeeper makes our bed nice and tidy.

Towel is not good to use anymore. You should buy a new set for the guest.

The hotel entrance and lobby looked like a 5-star hotel. The Kanoa hotel beach is quite nice.

Room size too small and interior too old, comparable to a 2-3 star hotel facilities.
