115 The Strand Aparthotel  

We have been for a three days, and had only breakfast included. The best thing was beautiful view trough the balcony. Price was good also. Breakfast on the top floor, where the view is rally good.

Breakfast was very poor. No parking for a car. No wireless in rooms. You can hear noise from street all night.

waiting for the elevators, very dark room. (booked a room with no see view) for the price it was absolutely ok!

Very good location, rich breakfast, reasonable price.

We book Inland Studio apartment for 3 persons and it was not small and incommodious at all, but very far away from 75 square meters - like it was written in Booking.com at reservation. If you say 25-30 suare meters it will be more correct! Be warned that from all the facilities described in the hotel`s resume you`ll have only Kitchenette and Refrigerator - no Tea/Coffee Maker, no Kitchenware at all, even one simple dish, fork or knife. So if you plan to cook something quick for dinner, don`t!

Value for money breakfast terrace

Room was claustrophobic uncomfortable bed

Location. Sea views. Room size. Bathroom with bath. Staff. Clean. Breakfast. Fantastic roof terrace.

Double bed was twin matressess pushed together not a double. Matress quality was poor - hard springs sticking up in places. Optional dinner cheap but disappointing.

Everything was ok the bus stop a few meters outside the hotel nice breakfast on the 8th floor and great view for photos .

The location is perfect and the seaside view. The bust stop is exactly in front of the hotel. The staff was very kind.

The noisy Italians who were screaming and pushing the doors all the time.

Good location near the bus stops and ferries. Simple breakfast but with fantastic views.

Room without sea view was quite depressing, dark, old. Good only for comming late at night and leaving early in the morning.

Excessive noise of other hotal guests in the corridors in the very early hours of the day. Loud conversations, yelling without respect to other guests.

Location Comunication with buses.

The location is good, near the bus station and shopping area.

Price, location, staff, cleanliness

Some of the rooms were too small for four people, and there wasn't enough storage space

Double room for single use was good but I feel it would be cramped for two for more than a few days but it was clean and up together with a wonderful view over the harbour. Overall cleanliness of the hotel was very good with friendly cleaning staff, reception staff were efficient and helpful. Breakfast was cheap but bland with awful coffee so I used the café next door after the first morning. All in all a good value hotel in an excellent location. BUT!

Be aware this is definitely not an adult only hotel, when I arrived there were two groups of Italian and English students in residence but as they were on different floors to me were not too much of a problem if you don’t object to scantily clad teenagers running around the corridors! On my second day a party of 30 French 8-10 year olds arrived on my floor with much screaming and shouting and slamming of doors which made the time I spent in my room unbearable and is the reason I would be dubious about re-booking this hotel.

Great location (2 minutes walking to boat for Valleta, public bus station, shops, bars (E.G. Jubilee for good coffee and a pint of Cisk or Guinness), restaurants, great bakery with pastizzi and delicious apple cake in the vicinity, by the coast), the price, staff at the reception was helpfull, the terrace roof with a very nice view of Sliema, StManoel peninsula and Valleta

Head waiter in the restaurant - forgot not just what but that we ordered at all on the first evening, so after complaining and finally the payment with no tip (which seemed reasonable to me) he was not very friendly next days (he was there also during the breakfasts); but maybe it was just his bad weekend ;) otherwise, no complaints - considering location & price!

I been many countries hotel i never pay for internet but this hotel wantel 10 euro perday using for wifi internet also shower was nightmere

Location is great, the views from the balcony are perfect. And breakfast on top terrace is enjoyable.

Rude staff. The taxi service contracted by the hotel is the only driver, so in case of multiple requests they struggle. I asked for a taxi 2h before the flight, due to traffic jam it didn't arrive and the receptionist refused to call other company as she can't do it - no contract. Almost missed the flight arriving 4min before check-in closure. The breakfast is ok, but coffee quality is under any critics.. Would need to change towels - too old.

Loved the apartment, very spacious and excellent sea view. Will definitely visit again.

Excellent price; Location very good for bus routes all over the island; places to eat nearby.

The position and the staff

The room didn't fit description - inland vue (of the ventilation shaft), One bedroom selfcatering apartment (one room with minimal cooking facilities in one corner) a fridge which hadn't been defrosted for ages then replaced by one which wouldn't switch off. The evening meals available cheap and covered in bisto type gravy. We Did go back to self catering.

The rooms were quite adequate for the price. The location was excellent and the roof terrace was a pleasant place to sit.

The matresses were lumpy - needed at least a good padded matress cover.

We got a unit with a view,over the harbour and it was great. Breakfast was fair to good but it did cost very little. We also found the dinners at night very well priced and good.Staff where always nice and very helpful. Great way to see the island is to buy a day bus ticket at the shop at the front of the hotel,fantastic value. Derek

We took a front room with views I don know how it would be if you took the rear rooms without views . Would be very hot in the summer.
