The San Antonio Hotel was an good hotel at a very reasonable price for an out of season break. The staff were friendly efficient and the room was very clean. The breakfast was great. The pool and gym were free to hotel guests and you could have a massage for a reasonble price. The hotel is in Bugibba and handy for St Pauls Bay. We would thoroughly recommend Ta Pawl restaurant opposite for a lovely local meal. We liked most things about the hotel.

The hotel is top quality and value for money when one considers the level of facilities and services on offer. The location is excellent, the pool is superb, free towels, lots of activities for adults as well as children. The evening entertainment was enjoyable.the staff were polite and helpful. The only thing that annoyed was that people were allowed put towels on chairs and not use them for hours!should be some time limit on this selfish behaviour!

Booked a double room with sea view ,recived a twin room with pool view, asked to move room ,was given a discount for the first night, then moved rooms to a twin with a sea view.tried to exsplane that I would like a double with sea view as I had booked but was told that there was no rooms avalible. When taking bookings in advance ,if you can not conferm the room booking ,you should say in your return email, not just confirm the booking, then just offer a room discount, I would have liked to pay the full price for the room I booked ,not got a cheaper room with a discount.

We had a really great vacation at the San Antonio Hotel & Spa! The staff was so friendly and wanted to help us with all our tourist-questions! We got a bigger room than expected, and all the hotels facilities was luxury and perfect! We are gonna miss the Piña Coladas from the Lobby Bar :/ We can only recomment teh hotel :) Aircondition in the bedroom didn't work well enough, so we had some warm nights. But in the livingroom it work very well. Other than that everything was great! :)

The hotel was of good value for money, the staff were friendly and helpful, however watch out for the timeshare if that's not your thing!! The facilities such as the spar and gym were well equipped and nicely decorated, don't be fooled however by the pictures of the beach near by,,,, it has about 1square ft of sand, the rest is rock!! Good location though and breakfast was ok, stay away from the boiled eggs there in there for days!!

We liked the situation and were taken with the cafe just off the foyer, whose staff were all exceptionally pleasant and efficient. We were disappointed that we were not allocated the sea-view suite which we had booked and paid for seven months previously. Indeed we were told there were no suites available at all! We were not impressed by the attitude of the reception staff - very offhand and not particularly helpful. It was poor compensation to receive dinners in lieu of the accommodation which we had requested.

The staff were very helpful especially Jessica they were always cheerful and very polite. The hotel is lovely, the choice of breakfast was very good. The pool area was clean and the pool is very large for the size of the hotel with plenty of loungers. The hotel is near the sea front and there are plenty of bars and resturants, there is however not a lot of variation in the menues. We failed to find any where for a special meal and so went to Mdina. The hotel was fully booked on our first night and our room was not available we were accommodated in a very nice hotel round the corner and moved into our room the next day. We were adequately compensated for this inconvenience.

breakfast is aboundant in choice, one could eat very well there! Rooms are spacious and bus station is close to the hotel. better for families there on "stationary" holidays than for travellers. close to many bars and restaurant in the area, but in a quiet street, so you sleep well:) rooms are a bit run down, expected more due to reviews i read about it and pictures that sell it, but i shouldn't complain, as booking.com offered a very good rate on it in june. didn't like the city though, as it looked like a theme park for adults.

Access to all the parts of Malta was excellent. The hotel staff was very friendly and courteous. The hotel has a whole bundle of facilities to keep you busy for the whole day from swimming pool, spa, oliver cafe, bar, restuarants. There were some initial hiccups as soon as we landed, but the staff attended to the shortcomings and sorted it out quickly. All in all thumbs up to this hotel. The rooms were a little old-fashioned. Air conditioning required too much of logical efforts to turn on and turn off (manual central air-conditioning). The wardrobe was broken in our room, but it was resolved quickly. Airport transfer was booked from hotel, but at the last moment the hotel's preferred taxi didn't show up which kind of made us a bit nervous. However, the hotel staff quickly arranged for another transfer.

Facilities were well maintained and as expected. Clean. Good breakfast. No extractor in the bathroom meant that the room smelled a bit damp. No smoking rooms would be appreciated as the smell of stale smoke lingers.

Large comfortable room with nice sea view, fridge was a useful bonus.Excellent for our short pe-Christmas break. Noise from corridor and adjacent rooms surprisingly loud. Breakfast extensive but disappointing. Car park closed for cleaning after first night for rest of stay-only discovered by chance, reception staff didn't know.

The location is convinent The tv also the fridge they are outdated also no ice machines were available. I had to go downstairs to the coffee shop to get some ice. That was very inconveint, in Malta is to hot. Ice machines should be on each floor of the hotel
