Close to the Beach When we booked in the receptionist did not inform us that their air-conditioning is not working. They put us in a room facing a construction site. When we complain about the airconditioning, they said it is being repaired. The problem is we could not open the windows because of the construction noises across the road. We were very uncomfortable during our stay in the hotel. |

Location is good, near many restaurants. Pool area is nice and breakfast options are varied. Parking price on this site is wrong and we were overcharged for parking. The beach area was not serviced while we were there and there was a lot of maintenance going on, which distracted from our holiday. Additionally, this is not a hotel I would recommend for younger travellers--most guests were seniors and were booked through tour groups. The room temperature was hard to regulate. |

Staff was friendly and efficient. It definitely does not deserve 4 stars - breakfast was very mediocre at best, air conditioning did not work too well, once they forgot to clean our room, minibar was empty (you can order some minibar packages, which means you will pay also for the items you do not want to consume). NB!They demand an advance payment as soon as you check in! Do not dine in the hotel restaurant unless you really must |

I loved the breakfast! There was a wide selection of types of food, all very yum! I also really enjoyed the swimming pool. It was very big. All in all, it was a very relaxing stay and just what we needed! It was always a joy to return to our hotel at the end of the day. I tried to get in contact with the hotel to know how to get there. They were non-responsive. We ended up taking two buses because we weren't sure how much a taxi would cost(25e). Also, Bugibba is mostly catered to pensioners and sun tourists who dont have much interest in experiencing Malta. Fine dining was hard to find! Mostly fish 'n chips, English breakfast, hamburger cafeterias |

It breakfast was Ok. It was very dificult to find the hotel as there is one way street and we pased the hotel three times, because on hotel it's written only "San Antonio" with small letters. Not a 4star hotel. |

Good breakfast and good quality dishes at dinner (in the a-la-carte restaurant). Nice lobby and lobby bar with live music every night. Room quite clean and spacious. Good value for money. It is a new hotel (built in 2002) but it looked older. Lifts did not work properly or sometimes not at all. Location in Bugibba not ideal if you come to see the Island. One guy at reception was not too friendly and provided incorrect information. |

Das Essen war erstaunlich gut. Große Auswahl und echt lecker. Der Spa Bereich ist sehr schön gestaltet mit 3 Saunen, leider ist er sehr ungepflegt bis verdreckt. Niemand kümmert sich darum. Sehr schade. |

La chica alemana de recepcepcion que era la unica que hablaba español y su trato fue muy bueno.Se llamaba Iris. El trato recibido por el personal.Nos alojaron la primera noche en otro hotel sin avisarnos previamente porque decían que lo tenían todo ocupado. No tuvieron ninguna deferencia, ya que pedimos insistentemente una habitación lo más alta posible con vistas al mar y nos dieron un segundo con vistas a una obra. Nos dieron la habitación a las 3 de la tarde.Nos mintieron en varias ocasiones. |

Hotel familiar, sin pretensiones. Buen servicio y atencion. Lo que me esperaba. España tiene el mayor nivel de hosteleria que conozco y no puede compararse un 4* en otro pais. La mania de poner las toallas en las hamacas a primera hora y que el hotel lo permita.muchos niños y familias se quedan sin sombra |
