Hissien ohjaus modernisoitava. Hissit menivät sinne, kuka ehti ensimmäiseksi painaa eikä ne poimineet välikerroksista ketään. Aamulla ei kannattanut edes yrittää saada hissiä. |

The staff and the location of our room overlooking the balcony. The balcony was in a row of balconies. You could literally jumpt from one to another and there was no lock on our balcony door - security? |

Not much There was disgusting mould all over the bottom of the shower curtain,and when I told reception they sent cleaners who made a minor effort to clean it,this is something I wouldnt see in the worst backpacker lodge,also the toilet seat must have been 20 years old and was a trap for bacteria,it was made of wood and was broken and rotting in many places.The breakfast bar was a nightmare to navigate |

the sausages and the coffee for breakfast the room smelt musty, the shower had mould growing in it and the bathroom stank . I saw a cockroach in my room and could not sleep the whole night . The frame of the bathroom door was broken and so the door would not close. This was where the cockroach was creeping into ! It was a terrible hotel and I will not stay there again.! |

The rooms are not so clean. No basic amenitites in the room/bathroom. Lot of noise from other rooms, disturbance due to breakdown in power and so on.The front office people were very helpful. |

the atmosphere was good. and the staff was sweet. the bed was not very comfortable. the toilet in bathroom was not compeletly clean. |

The reception staff were horrible and slow, the whole place smelled horribly, the room was dirty and the toilet seat burnt, the shower had crust all over it. We had a lot of 18 year olds staying in the same floor and making noise and listening to music loud until 5 o'clock in the morning. It was generally the most horrible experience I have ever had in my life. My parner was equally upset! |

- location is great. quite close to valetta. very close to nice shopping center. bus stop just right the corner. - reasonably cheap - nice hotel staff - tasty breakfast if you are looking for cheap room just to get sleep i would recommend it. - very thin room walls. if someone has some discussion in next room you will hear everything. - "TV included" - 14 inch, broken, few channels, no remote. - bathroom wasn't exactly perfect but managable. if you are looking for cheap room just to get sleep i would recommend it. |

situated near to see(beach), busstopp and citycenter. Public rooms ok. Balcony ok. Breakfast good. In total good value for mony. Ouer room was ok and had new furniture, but beds were bad(old?) Bathroom very small and worn. A lot of noice early morning from removing rubbish. (04,30) in the street outside. |
