All the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned every day with fresh towels and toiletries provided also tea and coffee making facillity available. Easy access to bus stop for all routes just across the street and just a short stroll to the bay with all its restaurants and bars. |

The reception staff were very helpfull in providing local knowledge and directions. The hotel is well placed for transport, food and shopping. The restaurant was excellent. The bed room furniture was minimal , the bed linen was too small for the bed and the blankets were strange (ex army ?) The floor was concrete. |

The staff were very friendly and the location was very central. It also wasclose to all of the bus route, which was a positive The breakfast was very diappointing, the breakfast room was dull and gruby and had no place settings for the guest, after the first morning we did not bother to go again for the experience. |

We loved the warm staff, the breakfast, the closeness to all amenities (bus stop basically around the corner and close to bars and restaurants). We had an internal room and it was nice and cool at night. The shower was nice and roomy with clean towels every day. The matrasses on the beds were a bit too soft with springs for our likings, but this of course is a personal opinion. |

The staff are polite and the location of the hotel is great. However, it is very noisy and you can hear every noise from the the rooms next door and above you, but if you are on a budget it is great. (Just don't forget to pack some ear plugs!!) |

I like the staff and the free wireless connection and the TV. I didn't like the fact that the reviews are different from the place itself, possibly faked. The food was awful, there was always lots of noise on the lobby, the bathtub could only fit children, the chairs from the balcony were dirty, you had to pay 10 euros as warranty for the TV remote control, there were no rugs, the blankets were filthy and so on. I felt cheated. |

The location was excellent and staff were friendly. We booked a double room but on arrival were allocated a triple room which was very basic to say the least. We then had to upgrade to a 'superior' double room for an extra €10 a night which was ok but nothing special at all. |

Everything was all right, including location, reception, staff, rooms, meal. True, we supposed to find one double bed in the room, but there were three usual beds :) OK, at least we received an extra place for things :) |

The lady at the desk with glasses was nice and obliging, especially when organising a transfer to the airport Finish time on the breakfast stated on the sheet in hotel room was 10am when in actual fact it was 9.45am. We relied on the sheet and missed out on breakfast when we rocked up at 9.45am. The man in charge of the breakfast was rude and harsh and wouldn't let us eat anything. The following morning we arrived just before 9.45 and we tried to get something to eat but he proceeded to take our plates aw |

Ideal location very close to centre of St Julians. Very cheap. staff very friendly and helpful. Free wireless internet. breakfast included. The internal room was as described, ... They do not have a balcony or a view but a window which opens onto an internal shaft... it was very dark and there was little airflow and it felt very claustophobic so we spent little time in there outside of sleeping. Outside rooms I am sure would be better but more expensive. |
