L'acueil du personnel était tres bien Il n'y a pas de clim et c'est tres génant etant donné les températures à Malte. La literie est ancienne. |

Accueil très sympathique, personnel à l'écoute et prêt à répondre à vos questions, appeler un taxi etc. Petit déjeuner servi sur le toit, donc dans un environnement très agréable. De plus, certaines chambres bénéficient d'une grande terrasse privée. |

J'ai aimé l'emplacement absolument parfait de l'hotel et le rapport qualité/prix incomparable par rapport aux autres hotels. Le personnel y est aussi très accueuilant et a reste à notre disposition 24h/24.C'est une chose qui compte beaucoup lorsque l'on rentre tout les soirs a 4h du matin! La douche: le débit d'eau est nettement insuffisant et il y a peu d' eau chaude. Les toilettes qui ne marchent pas toujours et le petit déjeuner frugal. |

L'hôtel est très bien placé ... J'ai réservé une chambre single et je me suis retrouvé dans une chambre triple ... La chambre est sombre ... L'aération est à mon sens insuffisante ... L'unique fenêtre qui devrait aérer la chambre n'a accès qu'à une gaine de 1m2 ... Heureusement que j'ai passé une seule nuit sinon ???? J'aurais sans doute changer d'hôtel. |

great location, near to everything, busses, resturangs The bed was hard, realy hard. If you have problems with sleping on a hard bed. Don´t take Alfonso. |

The room and under the bed is very dirty. The closet is dirty. The morning (before 10 am) too much noise. The bad is tooooo soft and old! |

The staff is really nice! Rooms are a not the finest, but beds were ok. We wanted the room to have a place to sleep, not to spend the vacation in a hotel room. This plave worked out just fine for us, good bus connections and walking distance to shopping and parties. In the bathrooms you could easily smell if someone else was smoking...The free internet connection is nice althoug the wifi was breaking up sometimes due to bad connection. |

The staff were lovely, very helpful and chatty. The rooms were clean (but a pink bathroom?) and had everything we needed (apart from milk for my tea). I loved the air con in my room, but the other room in our party only had a fan. I love the balcony and the views. Perhaps two lazy chairs out there? The beds were as hard as rock. There was not air con in all the rooms and walking into the corridor was like walking into a brick wall of hot air. There was not much ventilation in the corridors. |

The Hotel staff were brilliant and were friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them .We will recommend to friends and we would stay there again no problem .Excellent position for restaurants and bus services to all parts of the Island. |

What we read on Booking.com is true, the staff is amicable & helpful, they are always up for a little joke & a big smile Nothing to complain about really given the quality/price ratio, but lack of AC was a killer |

++ placed in the centre of St Julian, nice & helpfull personell --- no air condition, old furniture and room facilities, ants and cockroaches are found, very noisy, the poor breakfast was served in the terrace under the sun, dont go if you are over 25 |

The staff was nice, however they offered us twin beds even after requesting a double bed.
