バス停から近く、レストラン・キオスク・ＡＴＭなど全て周囲にそろっており、港もすぐで最高のロケーションでした。ホテルスタッフも大変親切で協力的でした。フロントも24時間対応で便利です。 あえて言うならば、ですが、長く使っているとシャワーのお湯が出なくなりました。（ほぼ毎日）でも暑いですし、イタリアなどの南ヨーロッパでは何度も経験していたのでそれほどは困りませんでした。お風呂重視の日本の人や、小さな子供のいる家族には不向きかもしれません。また、私が泊まった部屋がとおりに面していたため、夜遅くまでとおりの騒音（人の騒ぐ声）がしていました。ロケーションからしてにぎやかな界隈なので、静かな場所でないと、という人には海辺の４つ星ホテルの方が良いかと思います。私個人的にはほとんど気になりませんでした。南国らしくてかえって楽しめました。 |

スタッフの対応が親切、丁寧です。とても感じがよくて、気持ちよく滞在できました。部屋もバスルームも広く清潔で、金庫もありました。次もここに滞在するつもりです。 何もありません。 |

great location, near to everything, busses, resturangs The bed was hard, realy hard. If you have problems with sleping on a hard bed. Don´t take Alfonso. |

Catherina women's receptionist is very very good!!! Very very nice! Many Thanks! The hotel position very good, near all services! Conditioned air is good. The price cleaned hotel's defect. The room and under the bed is very dirty. The closet is dirty. The morning (before 10 am) too much noise. The bad is tooooo soft and old! |

The hotel staff were very friendly. Location was excellent. Very plain, basic and old. Needs an overhaul. Compared to other places we stayed in Malta this was poor value for money. |

The staff is really nice! Rooms are a not the finest, but beds were ok. We wanted the room to have a place to sleep, not to spend the vacation in a hotel room. This plave worked out just fine for us, good bus connections and walking distance to shopping and parties. In the bathrooms you could easily smell if someone else was smoking...The free internet connection is nice althoug the wifi was breaking up sometimes due to bad connection. |

The staff were lovely, very helpful and chatty. The rooms were clean (but a pink bathroom?) and had everything we needed (apart from milk for my tea). I loved the air con in my room, but the other room in our party only had a fan. I love the balcony and the views. Perhaps two lazy chairs out there? The beds were as hard as rock. There was not air con in all the rooms and walking into the corridor was like walking into a brick wall of hot air. There was not much ventilation in the corridors. |

The Hotel staff were brilliant and were friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them .We will recommend to friends and we would stay there again no problem .Excellent position for restaurants and bus services to all parts of the Island. |

What we read on Booking.com is true, the staff is amicable & helpful, they are always up for a little joke & a big smile Nothing to complain about really given the quality/price ratio, but lack of AC was a killer |

++ placed in the centre of St Julian, nice & helpfull personell --- no air condition, old furniture and room facilities, ants and cockroaches are found, very noisy, the poor breakfast was served in the terrace under the sun, dont go if you are over 25 |

The staff was nice, however they offered us twin beds even after requesting a double bed. The air conditioner in the room did not work and even after repeated complaints it was not repaired nor were we shifted to another room. They offered us twin beds even after requesting a double bed. Excellent location I booked the hotel for the location and the internet connection. Internet connection was not available in my room. I asked to staff to check and everyday they answer that it will be fixed soon. I don't recommend such hotel in case of business trip. Rooms are quite old |

All of the staff were super friendly and helpful in every way - they definitely went above and beyond for my friend and I during our stay. We would definitely highly recommend the upper level rooms as they are not as noisy. We ended up getting the best room in the hotel! |
