Within walking distance from all transport. Very clean. Lovely room.

This small modern hotel is better in quality then most of the other 4 star hotels on the Sliema front with good shower/bathrooms in rooms. Quality of furnishings compare well to city hotels in spain. The owners are very friendly. Staying there again on next trip to Malta.

Nothing negative to say against it. Well worth the price you pay.

Location, just 5 minutes away from Valetta. Not at seafront but 20 metres away. Students residence look, small hotel. Cheap

Breakfast wasn't included, it cost 3,5 euros and it wasn't abundant, just coffee, toasts and very poor bowl of fruit.

This place was amazing value for the money. It was too far to walk from Valletta, but it just took a short bus ride to get to the city. The rooms were clean and quiet, and the staff were friendly.

I liked the comfort of the Guest House and the friendliness of the staff.

Location was perfect. Cleanliness of rooms was perfect. Excellent price-quality combination. Problems with my delayed luggage were solved with help from the hotel couple

Staff was not always available at recpetion. There was a smell in the room from a Chinese restaurant.

Poor breakfast, but exept it was great.

The hotel is... ok, near the main street, close to most restaurants and walking areas. The rooms are clean.

The hotel is administrate by the owner and his wife, both of them rude attitude. Breakfast is 7-9 am, and one morning at 08.45 when we went to have breakfast, the owner show us the watch and said that is too late and she will close the door. And the whole behavior during our 10 days stay was like... against the tourists. Breakfast is extremely poor, bread, butter, jam, cereals and... that"s it! Nothing else for 10 days! As a conclusion : cheap price, cheap accommodation ! And a little advice for the owners... go in vacation to Turkey just to see how they treat you there!

Fantastic couple running the business and really helpful staff. Room was quite spacious and clean (actually it was cleaned daily :)). Guesthouse is minutes walk away from city beaches, promenade and major bus stops. We would definitely stay there again and look forward to going back.

The only thing we did not like, was difference of booking options from stated in booking.com and actually applied. It was stated in booking.com, that there will not be any charges up to arriving to guest house, in case reservation would be canceld prior one week, no charges would be applied, other way one night charge would be charged. In reality I was asked to pay in advance and my credit card was charged for the total stay 3 days before we checked in the guesthouse.

Owners were helpful and pleasant. Breakfast simple and tasty. Free wi-fi. Clean and comfortable.

Fantastic, devoted couple running the business - we have had a wonderful 7 nights there! Really helpful staff, and the hotels looks superb, it really worths its price! Costs extra, but ask for air conditioning during summer - it's hot in Malta!

Breakfast could be varied - it was not a big issue, but if you stay there many nights, after 2-3 days you will desire more than toast. :)

The best place to stay close to Valetta. Rooms look exactly as on the pictures. The personel is very helpful and nice. Rooms daily cleaned. Just remember that smoking and alcohol is not permitted in the hotel room. But this was not problem for us at all. In general, it was very quiet there. We would definitelly choose this hotel in case of next visit this amazing island!

The owners were friendly and welcoming. The hotel was good value for money, even with the extra charge for air conditioning. This is a no frills place to stay at a reasonable price, located close to Sliema Ferries. Very clean and freshly decorated.

Booking was through an agent and we were given incorrect information; the x1 express bus service did not go to Sliema Ferries. This elongated our journey to the hotel. It was slightly disconcerting to have to sign the list of regulations and house rules on arrival . We understand that this was probably needed for student guests and we suppose it does mean that you are less likely to be disturbed by anti-social guests, but this did seem a bit "over the top" for mature travellers. The hotel was in fact very quiet. Breakfast was somewhat lacking in variety and quality but the low price of the room compensated.

New building with very nice rooms. From there you are in 20 minutes at the airport so the location is perfect if you have early flights. Furthermore you have free Wifi in your room which is not a matter of course on Malta. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Very good location, close to bus and ferry stops (2 min walk). The hotel staff friendly, helpful. The rooms are clean, cosy, newly furnished - same for the reception and breakfast area. If I travel to Malta again, I will go for this hotel again.

It was friendly, very clean and quiet, good breakfast and maid service and exceptional value. We would definitely stay there again and look forward to going back.

Clean, new, internet, perfect location.

Helpful staff. Near restaurants and sea. Good for buses to airport (X2) which took about 50 mins and cost about 2 euros. Also good for buses to Valletta and ferries.

The address is correct but the sign above the door is Euro Guest House. There is a small sign with AM on it. This did not affect me thought.

Le design des meubles n'est pas extraordinaires mais correct

L'hotel, ristrutturato ad inizio 2013, offre ambienti accoglienti, ordinati e puliti. La posizione e` favorevole per spostamenti in auto o con mezzi pubblici. Si puo' anche arrivare a piedi alla Valletta (20-30min)

Unica nota spiacevole: scarsa insonorizzazione della camera da letto; basterebbero i doppi vetri nelle vetrate del balcone ...

Hôtel neuf, très propre bien équipé, excellent rapport qualité-prix.

petit(déjeuner un peu frugal, mais difficile d'en demander plus pour 3,5€.
