Staff responded quicky on our requests. Nice look inside the hotel and in the room. Beds are perfect for sleeping. Overal the room was clean. The furniture is new and well selected. Bathroom was superb. Good country and sea views from balcony. Disturbance coming from neighbors occasionaly throughout the day: wardrobe doors slamming, noice and smoke on the balcony. Floors not cleaned well, covered with dust. Air conditioning system performed poor even with the control put to maximum cold. |

We enjoyed very much staying in this hotel. Excellent location - close to everything. Room was large and clean. We had two balconies: one small and one very huge with a couple of sunbeds. Buffet breakfast was very delicious with a large variety of food. |

Hotel Bistro is good and prices are reasonable. The breakfast needs to be improved!! Waiting for the lift takes ages. The receptionist won't tell you from where to get pool towels when checking in ... you have to ask her!! |

The room was a decent size and very clean. The pool area was nice, with plenty of sun beds. The food was also quite good. The manager on duty was very helpful in ironing out a problem we had with one of the receptionists. One of the receptionists (a Maltese one) was downright rude and arrogant to us and to other people being served by her. She attempted to ridicule us and some other guests, and simply barked out orders at us. |

The location was lovely. The bus stop and the islands of Gozo and Comino are very close. You can take buses to Valletta, Sliema and Bugibba very easily and it's very cheap. There's a nice beach not very far from the hotel. Excursions could be arranged at the hotel and they came to pick us up from the hotel and brought us back afterwards. (The day trip to Sicily is definitely something we'd recommend.) The food in the hotel was excellent, both breakfast and dinner. The pillows weren't too great, they caused some neck pain. |

Very nice hotel, excellent facilities. The boat to comino/blue lagoon is right outside also. The buffet was very basic, not a lot of selection for food. There is not much around, just another hotel right across, no restaurants or shops close by. |

The pool area / indoor pool and Friday night beach nightlife were good. Rooms and all areas very clean. Air conditioning was not cool enough during the day only at night it got to a decent level. Most of the time lifts did not work properly. On saturday night there was not enough pressure in showers. |

It was in a quiet location, out of town which suited us fine as we had a hire car. Pool area was quiet during the day. Air con was only switched on for part of the day meaning the rooms and public areas were way too hot. I would not want to be staying there in July or August. Food was mediocre and although some staff were very pleasant and helpful, there were some who were extremely inefficient and unfriendly. |

price, and location, provided you like to be on a remote part of the island Of three reception staff members only one was helpfull. Wi Fi is only available in the lobby area - when I needed to use it during the day, the lobby bar was closed so I could not even get a coffee while working. In order to order a taxi they insist on a cash deposit - there is no ATM in the hotel. |

The location of the hotel is well situated 30 meters away from the sea and where the ferry crossing is available to go to Gozo. The staff seem fairly well informaed on the local area and offered a good level of knowledge. The hotel advertised air conditioning , which is a minimum requirement when I travel , however each evening the air con is turned of at aproximatly 1am which makes the evening sleep difficult, when i raised the issue i was given a lot of woffle , so the following day I raised a complaint again after i had been told that maintanence had resolved the problem. |

the relaxing indoor pool area and Jacuzzi. During dinner I eat some mushrooms that had a bad taste,when I turned one of I them over I found some mould.The mattress was very soft and was not ortopedic,so my wife and I could'nt sleep very well. |

Personalen är fantastisk!!! Super service!! Rent och snyggt!L igger fint vid stranden, underbar utsikt! Nära till comino och gozo!!!! Sängarna är en aning hårda, hörde många som fick väldigt ont i ryggen!Långt till mlatas uteliv, om man vill uppleva det!Saknar förbindelse från hotellet till flygpltsen. |

El hotel tiene una muy buena ubicación en una bahía pequeña con aguas muy calmadas, además cuenta con agradables albercas y un restaurante con una buena variedad de comida. Creo que el atractivo es como hotel de playa Lo que no me gustó del hotel es que mi último día de estancia ya no limpiaron ni arreglaron la habitación. |

Freundlicher Empfang, das Personal war höflich, dienstbereit und effizient. Das Hotel ist sehr schön am Meer mit Blick auf Comino und Gozo gelegen. Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer lässt zu wünschen übrig. Der WLAN-Anschluss hat leider nicht funktioniert (scheint ein Kapazität-Problem zu sein). |

Hotellet låg avskilt från den värsta turisthysterin. Vi hade bil vilket gjorde det möjligt för oss att ta oss dit vi ville. Delar av personalen i receptionen var direkt otrevliga. Pratade med chefen om detta och de är medvetna om problemet. Se till att snacka med rätt personer! |

La zona de piscinas, el Hola Beach (playita del hotel estilo chill out, perfecto para cenas junto al mar), la animación nocturna (música en vivo en el bar de cocktails, musiquita en la zona de piscinas...) Habitaciones muy amplias. Barcos para ir a Comino enfrente del hotel y ferry a Gozo a 1 km. Parking gratuito. WiFi previo pago. |
