The pool area / indoor pool and Friday night beach nightlife were good. Rooms and all areas very clean. Air conditioning was not cool enough during the day only at night it got to a decent level. Most of the time lifts did not work properly. On saturday night there was not enough pressure in showers. |

It was in a quiet location, out of town which suited us fine as we had a hire car. Pool area was quiet during the day. Air con was only switched on for part of the day meaning the rooms and public areas were way too hot. I would not want to be staying there in July or August. Food was mediocre and although some staff were very pleasant and helpful, there were some who were extremely inefficient and unfriendly. |

price, and location, provided you like to be on a remote part of the island Of three reception staff members only one was helpfull. Wi Fi is only available in the lobby area - when I needed to use it during the day, the lobby bar was closed so I could not even get a coffee while working. In order to order a taxi they insist on a cash deposit - there is no ATM in the hotel. |

The location of the hotel is well situated 30 meters away from the sea and where the ferry crossing is available to go to Gozo. The staff seem fairly well informaed on the local area and offered a good level of knowledge. The hotel advertised air conditioning , which is a minimum requirement when I travel , however each evening the air con is turned of at aproximatly 1am which makes the evening sleep difficult, when i raised the issue i was given a lot of woffle , so the following day I raised a complaint again after i had been told that maintanence had resolved the problem. |

the relaxing indoor pool area and Jacuzzi. During dinner I eat some mushrooms that had a bad taste,when I turned one of I them over I found some mould.The mattress was very soft and was not ortopedic,so my wife and I could'nt sleep very well. |

The staff was very helpful and being right on the water was great Most of the time the elevators did not work and there was no air conditioning in the hallways and such. |

Positioning of the hotel is superb, enjoying both sea views and country views. I recommend hotel both for summer and especially in spring. Food served during the buffet should improve in quality. |

tranquillità, spazioso, bel terrazzo piscine, vicinanza alla grande spiaggia sabbiosa (2 km) e all'imbarco per Gozo-Comino, wifi gratuita nell'area comune, personale gentile, parcheggio auto ampio e gratuito. a volte pulizia mediocre del bagno. |

Colazione molto abbondante, con ricca scelta di prodotti dolci e salati. Molto pulito, anche la zona esterna delle piscine. E' a due passi dalle due spiagge più belle: Blue Lagoon a Comino (il servizio di taxi boat parte ogni ora di fronte all'hotel) e Paradise Beach. Hanno voluto il pagamento anticipato al nostro arrivo. Per ben 2 sere hanno ospitato delle feste in piscina (un matrimonio ed un anniversario) con servizio di piano bar: è stato impossibile dormire fino alle 2 di notte!! E' piuttosto lontano da tutte le città, quindi conviene prendere un'auto a noleggio se la sera si vuole uscire (visto che nei dintorni non c'è nulla). |

Hotel in posizione tranquilla. Disponibilità di piscine al coperto ed esterne. Cena a buffet disponibile anche per chi ha prenotato la formula b&b. La pulizia della camera e del bagno non è adeguata ad un 4 stelle. |

Bon rapport qualité prix. Parties communes assez luxueuses. Petit déjeuner à volonté. Piscine et salle de sport bien et gratuit. Face à la mer. Confort moyen. Douche défectueuse. Assez éloigné de toute ville, ce qui permet aussi d'être relativement tranquille. Bruyant les soirs de we, jusqu'à minuit. Boissons au petit déjeuner pas bonnes. Bus jusqu'à 21h env. Pas de commerces à proximité. |

todo en general,spa y piscina climatizada muy agradable y con posibilidad de utilizar hasta las 23h. Nada de fruta en las comidas y muchas tartas. La ubicacion. Zona muy tranquila, es necesario un coche para poder visitar la isla. |

El entorno,muy alejado de todo bullicio. Piscina climatizada estupenda y su horario,abierta hasta las 23h.Desayuno y cena correctos pero ausencia de productos bajos en calorias,frutas.... nada que me haya desagradado. |

absolutamente nada, se puede salvar la piscina, pero nada mas, en las fotografias parece como un sitio bastante mejor. La limpieza casi nula, el personal del hotel no nos daba toda la información. Toallas de la piscina con agujeros,horario de aire acondicionado. La limpieza era casi nula, nosotros estuvimos ahí a principios de septiembre, el calor era insoportable y en el hotel tenían horarios de aire acondicionado, lo apagaban de 2 - 7 a.m. y de 10 - 14 hrs, horrible. Esta información no nos fue proporcionada hasta que preguntamos en la recepción y nos dijeron que no nos preocuparamos que era normal, ellos tenian horarios en los que encendian el aire. |

les instalacions, i l'atenció de dos dels recepcionistes (una dona i un home) de diferens torns ques parlaven al menys 5 idiomes i que van ser molt amables i atents, ens van facilitar la estancia. el 1er dia ens van donar una habitació a la 4ª planta, i se sentia el suroll dels motors situats justa a sobre al terrat. El 2º dia ens la van cambiar. |

I servizi offerti sono ottimi. La colazione a buffet è molto varia. Lo staff che non parla italiano è poco disponibile. La cena a buffet è un po' ripetititva. Non ci sono mezzi pubblici la sera. |

la struttura dell'albergo e lil comfort delle camere il personale non era dei più disponibili.In quel periodo è stato sciopero dei trasporti pubblici e l'albergo non era preparato ad offrire un servizio alternativo,come in realtà è stato fatto da altri hotel.il menù è un pò troppo ripetitivo. |

Cerca de Gozo y Comino Está perdido en una esquina de la isla, pero en Malta todo está en mitad de la nada. Todas las piscinas son de agua salada. |
