The indoor pool was excellent. Lovely spacious rooms and friendly staff, make this a pleasant hotel to stay in.

The Buffet choices were somewhat limited, and the fridge in the room was locked so we could not keep our drinks inside.

The view was excellent - I overlooked the pool and the sea towards Comino. I found the staff very friendly - a pat on the back for John at reception. I really loved the indoor pools. They were not closed in but nice and airy. Some indoor pools are hot and stuffy to the point you cant go in there at all.

Air conditioning was seriously lacking. There was no where in the hotel I could go to and just relax in air conditioned comfort with a coffee. The reception area and the Lobby Lounge were always warm and uncomfortable. I was forced to spend a lot of time in my room to stay cool. I noticed the air con was switched off in your room between 6:00am and 1:30pm during the day. So that's the time I chose to go swimming. Lack of information in your room. Eg. Meal times in the restaurants, activities timetable for the week, tv guide, how to call reception from your phone or other rooms and how and where to get a hotel beach towel they supply. There were no tea and coffee facilities in the room which are a must for a 4 star hotel. It is definitely not a four star hotel but it is a good 3 star hotel. Food was good but needed more variety and some more beef dishes. I was there for six nights and only had one beef dish in that time. My recommendation is based on staying there in winter or if you are a sun/heat lover - not for post menapausal women!!

The tempreture at the indoor pool was freezing,and only jacuzzi was warm enough,corridors were much cozyier than the indoor pool area

This hotel offers a very good opportunity for its guests to relax in a very peaceful environment. The rooms are spacious and full of natural light. The staff are very helpful and go out of their way to ensure a welcoming and positive experience to all guests. The hotel's positioning close to the sea provides a unique enjoyment of the north side of Malta. I also think that the cuisine is of exceptionally high standard.

2 things: the hotel has been in existence for a substantial number of years. I think it could do with a refurbishment in order to keep up the standard. The TV sets in the room look quite primitive and the satellite reception is very poor.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Provided a fridge in our room so that we could keep our own drinks and snacks cool. Our room had a greet view over the pool and terrace area. All in all an excellent stay and way above our expectations. Location could not have been better and the leisure facilities comprising of pool, spa, jakusi and gym ,were of a high standard. Having a selection of restaurants and a Bistro to choose, from offering a wide selection of great food and service. A lovely place to stay whether if its for a weekend or longer.

The spa has a poor level. The pool was kept too cold.

Very clean hotel with friendly staff. Great value for money. Location is good, perfect location to make trip to Comino. Special thanks to an employee working in the hotel: Olysea. I discovered that I forgot something in my room when I was already on the plane on my way home. Olysea handled this very well and I the item was sent to my home address in no time. Perfect help!

Minor remark: being a young(er) couple we found ourselves between a hotel population with average age above 55.

Everything under one roof-spa, pools,massages, diving facilities. Nice atmospfere in hotel. Easy access to Blue Lagoon. Its a pitty, doesnt have beach. I was worried about twin bed, as our 2y.O. Slept with us, but was very comfortable.

Floor wasnt mopped every day, thats the only thing can think off
