The indoor pool was excellent. Lovely spacious rooms and friendly staff, make this a pleasant hotel to stay in. The Buffet choices were somewhat limited, and the fridge in the room was locked so we could not keep our drinks inside.

The view was excellent - I overlooked the pool and the sea towards Comino. I found the staff very friendly - a pat on the back for John at reception. I really loved the indoor pools. They were not closed in but nice and airy. Some indoor pools are hot and stuffy to the point you cant go in there at all. Air conditioning was seriously lacking. There was no where in the hotel I could go to and just relax in air conditioned comfort with a coffee. The reception area and the Lobby Lounge were always warm and uncomfortable. I was forced to spend a lot of time in my room to stay cool. I noticed the air con was switched off in your room between 6:00am and 1:30pm during the day. So that's the time I chose to go swimming. Lack of information in your room. Eg. Meal times in the restaurants, activities timetable for the week, tv guide, how to call reception from your phone or other rooms and how and where to get a hotel beach towel they supply. There were no tea and coffee facilities in the room which are a must for a 4 star hotel. It is definitely not a four star hotel but it is a good 3 star hotel. Food was good but needed more variety and some more beef dishes. I was there for six nights and only had one beef dish in that time. My recommendation is based on staying there in winter or if you are a sun/heat lover - not for post menapausal women!!

The hotel was quietly situated with great sea views and easy access to the local bus service and ferry terminal for access to Gozo. The room had a good sunny aspect over the pool and out to sea and felt light and spacious. The lounge was relaxing with very friendly and courteous bar staff, reception was very helpful and efficient, and the restaurant was comfortable and well attended. Breakfasts were excellent and the choice for dinner was extensive if you like buffet style. Unfortunately the additional a la carte restaurant did not seem to offer anything of high quality, didn't have the pizza facility advertised, and as the menu did not appear extensive we did not try it.

The spa is extremly cold and suppose to be an indoor pool.... The service is extrimley bad........... To come a matinance person to see the tv it took from 14.00 till 20.00 extrimly terrible hotel and don't recommand at all... I payed 2.50 euros for a kettle but know one come with the mugs so the next day I had to go bring 2 mugs

Nathan on reception was excellent as was their head of room service lady. The breakfast was fairly disappointing and the hotel, while rated 4 stars is rather tired and in need of a facelift. Some of the staff were outstanding while others were quite rude. Plus, I am perplexed why my fridge was locked with a sign stating that it was to help save electricity, then the light on my balcony was left on until 1am every morning with no button for me to switch it off. As the water is undrinkable from the taps, it would be great if the hotel then supplies at least 1 bottle of water per room, it really is the small things that make a difference.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Provided a fridge in our room so that we could keep our own drinks and snacks cool. Our room had a greet view over the pool and terrace area. All in all an excellent stay and way above our expectations. Location could not have been better and the leisure facilities comprising of pool, spa, jakusi and gym ,were of a high standard. Having a selection of restaurants and a Bistro to choose, from offering a wide selection of great food and service. A lovely place to stay whether if its for a weekend or longer.

Everything under one roof-spa, pools,massages, diving facilities. Nice atmospfere in hotel. Easy access to Blue Lagoon. Its a pitty, doesnt have beach. I was worried about twin bed, as our 2y.O. Slept with us, but was very comfortable. Floor wasnt mopped every day, thats the only thing can think off

The facilities and stuff where good and helpful but I found the pricing to be a little bit more than as expected for instance if you book the breakfast with the room you get it at 5 euro p/p if you get it after you get it for 9.50 p/p and we are talking about breakfast,wine is very expensive as well a glass would cost you 3 euros.not for the one seeking a budget holiday.Food in restorant is costly as well nothing under 8 euro and small plates.
