Breakfast was very good. The room was nice and staff very kindly and helpful. We enjoyed very much the balkony and the seawiev. The bathroom of our room was very tiny, but we get along with it. |

Unlike most British hotels, hot water from the shower was easy to regulate. Beds were unconfortable. Two single beds making a double bed is like to have only a single bed. |

The location was fantastic with bars and restaurants very close. The staff were always very helpful and friendly. Lovely people. Our room was cleaned every day. The bed was comfortable, plenty of wardrobe space. Just two things - I was disappointed that there wasn't a small fridge in our room, and that the shower head was static - much prefer one with a hose. |

Very convenient to local town. Also ample bus stops nearby to all parts of the island. Clean and tidy room with plenty of storage space. Lovely view from balcony of bay. Staff very helpful at all times. En suite could do with a little more ventilation. |

Excellent Harbour View. A non-harbour view would make it very average. Beds are awful! They need to invest in some more comfortable beds. Breakfast was mediocre. Almost the same everyday. Not much hot choice for vegetarians, just eggs, beans and tomatoes everyday for five days! |

Although our stay was very brief, the staff tried their best to help with whatever was asked of them. Sharon in particular was very good with her customer relations skills. Breakfast sessions not enjoyable - too much walking around in order to get your food and drinks. No places to return trays either so had to go back to the counter. By the time you sat down the breakfast was usually cold! |

Great view from roof top sun bathing area, friendly staff, 2 bed apartments had plenty of space for four people, washing machine also in apartment. Comfort was good except for lounge area seating - some apartments don't have service lifts - staff moved us another apartment on request though. Balcony very narrow on Reid St apartments (minor point). |

the staff were welcoming and pleasant. The rooms were clean and the bathroom well stocked with clean towels and the hot water was plentiful. The breakfast set up was not very pleasant. The food was of a poor quality and the juice was squash and not proper juice. There was no water provided - you had to buy bottles. Apart from that, the staff were very nice and tried their best. |

the room was cleaned every day (simply but efficient) the noise ... and the impossibility to leave the curtains open (as you see directly into your neighbours room and vice versa) |

Good facilities, close to everything, the cleaner did a very good job daily. The reception staff will book taxi at your request. We stayed at the apartment located in the separate block and kept the keys at all times so we could come and go when we liked without handing the keys in. The apartment was spacious with large veranda and fitted kitchen. Had to wait at the reception for the check-in which was meant to start at 2pm. We were not given any reasonable explanations for the wait when we asked. The bathroom in the apartment was a bit drab with leaking shower. The shower had no fixture to hang. |

The apartment was fantastic and the location was a huge plus point. It was the fifth floor of a highrise with a beautiful view of the bay. Air conditioned all through, which was a great respite from the summer heat. |

The studio was great, the equipment are sufficient. The bathroom is vast. Its situation in an appendix of the hotel in some streets of this one allows to be quiet. The pools are great (indoor a,d on the top of the roof) The balcony was very small bus in the rez of road and did not allow to take advantage of it really. the Fitness room is out. The bench of body-building is made rusty and broken. Two devices on three are not maintained. |

The hotel staff was kind and the breakfast was also nice. Good location because of the bayview. I could see the view of Valleta from the room. The first day, I stayed at 2nd floor. Even it was a sea-view room, but It was not comfortable for me, because the street was just in front of the hotel and a little noisy. So I asked the staff for changing the room. From the next day, I moved to 5th floor. The room is much better than 2nd floor. I had to deposit to watch TV, but I could not hear the sound at all, so I had to ask the engineer many times. |
