The rooms where small and dirty and I paid extra for a better room and it was not worth it.

Deception with the occupancy

Reception staff were extremely professional, helpful, knowledgeable, pleasant -10 out of 10. Large well equipped apartment with lovely view.

Unfortunately group of young men in the nextdoor apartment kept us awake until late - one night it was 5.40 am when they came in! Beds not that comfortable and a pack with dishcloth/small washing up liquid/teatowel etc., would be helpful - as is now provided in many apartments. Coffeemaker would have been nice too, otherwise very well equipped kitchen

Good location and lovely views of the harbour across to Valetta. Spacious apartment 2 bathrooms, microwave, oven and hotplate with plenty of cooking dishes to use. Great maid service and clean towels daily.

The gym was tiny and none of the machines were in working order. A few cracks on some plates, a drawer handle was broken.

Quite a long walk from the Hotel to the apartments if traveller has heavy or cumbersome baggage. (Did not apply to us).

Everything you need to pay, internet, changing room to bay view as they gave me a wall view!! I payed for the internet and still, usable for one device only!! I can hear every guest walking out and even reception telephone ringing.

We stayed in an Apartment approx. 100 meter from the main street. It was very quiet, which you appreciate when travelling with small kids during sleeping hours. The distance to the breakfast at the main hotel was not a problem.

The staff was very rude and arrogant when they picked us up for transfer to the airport. The voucher said pick-up time 04.50 AM, but 10 minutes earlier they knocked on our door and accused us of being late. At the reception the said they would pick us up at the apartments - which they didn't. At the reception we pointed to a clock on the wall saying the time was as we claimed it to be. "That clock is late - you can't trust it and you haven't paid for the transfer", which they told us they would charge to the creditcard used when we checked in to the hotel. Finally the guy at the reception told us that he couldn't settle the account because in was in our favour for about 24 Euros. But he couldn't explain it and he wouldn't give them to us. All in all a very stressfull situation VERY early in the morning with a small child at our side. Am I staying there again? I think not!

The staff was really friendly, just calling them and come and fix the problem. Had problem with internet, it was dropping but got fixed too. The cleaning lady, Elena was really nice and friendly.

the water in the swimming pool was too cold.

Rooms were big,24 hr check in, location, tours information desk was excellent. breakfast is ok(could be better) rooms were great price

Wifi is not free

We were in a waterfront apartment, one block from the hotel. It was noisy on the big balcony because of the main street under, but near everything and with a breathless view from the 4th floor - through very large sliding windows. Housemaid and lady at the reception very nice and helpful.

disappointed with the condition of the kitchenette and especially the cleanliness of the cupboards and cooking utensils.Have stayed at the hotel before in various apartments, (newer block opposite) will be more picky next stay!

Me, my wife and my 2 children stayed there for 4 nights. Staff were very friendly,polite and very helpful when it comes to information about Malta. The view was exceptionally breath-taking from the pool area. Great location.

Disliked the fact you have to pay for wifi, and that too, 20euros for 7 days and only for 1 device. Found that a bit of a rip off.

Really excellent location. Balcony overlooking the Bay. Bus stops, both ways just at the entrance and ferry port to Valetta 1-200 metres away. Loads of eateries very close and mini market around the corner plus late nite food shops a few hundred metres away. WiFi worked well.

No complaints this time.

Everything. The apartment was brilliant: spacious. spotless,close to amenities, shops, cafes etc, had great facilities and an amazing view from the balcony. Best I've ever stayed in.

Nice clean, inexpensive hotel with good views of the harbour (extra charge for sea views) and good links - bus stop outside the door direct to airport. Staff were charming even when telling you that they had run out of tv handsets and you could do it manually!

Being charged 12 euros for three days Wifi which was utterly useless [Booking.Com said that it was going to be free so they too need to get their act together]. This is a wider problem in the global hotel industry of charging for rubbish wifi connections. Some sort of standard is needed.

The hotel, for only being 3 star, felt very luxurious. The room was very clean and was cleaned to high standard every morning. An extra night was required and with no hassle, they booked us in to the same room. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom facilities were good.

The only thing that I can criticise is the fact they did not have tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Aside from that, no further complaints.
