Bayview Hotel & Apartments    

It was clean, and the apartment was quite comfortable. Although parking space is very hard to find, we managed to park the car in the surrounding neighborhood during our one week stay.

The apartment was two blocks away from the hotel, so it is not very easy to go to the pool.

The apartments are gigantic, really comfortable and clean. Major facilities really near, the hotel with swimming pool and spa is just 2 minutes walking distance. Il-Gzira is exactly in the middle of the capital and the nightlife in St Julian's at a 40 minutes walking distance if you are not in a hurry.

we stayed an apartmemt Hotel.It is beautiful and just in front of see side. we could see nice view and spacious room . we felt comfortable.

The bathroom was a bit in need of a renew but was clean but the sink was blocked . The bed was a bit getting past its use by date , the air-con was broken but luckily it wasn't that hot ... But it did make it a bit stuffy ..

Charging for wi-fi that doesn't work properly - update the servers!!! rooms need some attention - there was no microwave or hairdryer as promised no jug, just an old kettle

bathroom need to be updated, staff are rude when I arrived, you need to pay for everything even the tv remote control.

Very friendly staff. Light and airy. Bus stop outside. Good small pool. Good breakfast - superb The children loved the buffet breakfast and dinner. Wifi when paid for didn't always work, and I Euro for 20 mins on internet could be expensive s it was V. slow. Rooms were spacious and good and one of ours had a lovely terrace. Position was good with plenty of cafes nearby and a good promenade. No good for the beach without a car.

They had over booked and we were put in another hotel for the first night, whioch made it difficult to settle. They did provide a free dinner voucher. This seems to be endemic because everyday on reception there was someone with the same problem, always the tour operators fault. They could never deal with a problem then and there and always asked people to return later. Problems were eventually sorted out.

The staff couldnt have done more. We were preparing for a wedding. They even moved all the beds out of the room to make space for the bride to get dressed. The view from our room was superb. The value for money was a big plus.

The pillows were hard! Traffic at night was noisy but you cant have the view without the traffic. Internet was a chargable extra.

Room condition was perfect, staff very friendly. Nice hotel.

They could clean up room every day.

Great rooftop terrace with small pool. Proximity to bus stops.

Bathrooms need some updating.

Large appartments at a good price

Reception and reservations seem very disorganised. All three room bookings we made had problems, wrong room type etc. We had to move rooms a few times, and in the end settled for no sea view, in order to keep our family group together. But the staff were very helpful in trying to resolve the issue. Compensations were made.

We booked a studio and were allocated to a room, but on the morning received a call with info to be changed for a studio, location of the second room was very good, the first one worst

Offer of transport to and from air port, breakfast facilities.

Lack of facilities, having to pay deposits for what I would have regarded as usual in apratment facilities. Front door of apartment lock jammed and had to be forced open. It remained broken and a security lack for the whole of our stay.

The rooms where small and dirty and I paid extra for a better room and it was not worth it.

Deception with the occupancy

Reception staff were extremely professional, helpful, knowledgeable, pleasant -10 out of 10. Large well equipped apartment with lovely view.

Unfortunately group of young men in the nextdoor apartment kept us awake until late - one night it was 5.40 am when they came in! Beds not that comfortable and a pack with dishcloth/small washing up liquid/teatowel etc., would be helpful - as is now provided in many apartments. Coffeemaker would have been nice too, otherwise very well equipped kitchen

Good location and lovely views of the harbour across to Valetta. Spacious apartment 2 bathrooms, microwave, oven and hotplate with plenty of cooking dishes to use. Great maid service and clean towels daily.

The gym was tiny and none of the machines were in working order. A few cracks on some plates, a drawer handle was broken.

Quite a long walk from the Hotel to the apartments if traveller has heavy or cumbersome baggage. (Did not apply to us).

Location great. Bus station right out the door. Shopping around walking distance.

Everything you need to pay, internet, changing room to bay view as they gave me a wall view!! I payed for the internet and still, usable for one device only!! I can hear every guest walking out and even reception telephone ringing.
