The staff are friendly and helpful. Good location and choice of food. Rooms clean. Gym was poor, only one machine working, dingy room and no music. Tea and coffe making facilities had to be ordered and paid for, I had thought they were and should be included in the price.

Friendly staff, very adequate food, well presented, near bus routes The room we were first allocated (130) was very noisy and dark. You could hear the dishes being sorted in the kitchen until late on the Saturday night. Noise from air condirioning outside the room

Friendly and helpfull staff. The hotel is inexpensive but very good for the price. Do not expect 5-star -if you want that go to a more expensive hotel. The food was plentiful and the menu varied daily on the main items. We had a large comfortable room with a large balcony and a great view.

Very kind and helpful personnel. We had a rental car on our trip and we had no problem finding a parking space on the street outside the hotel. About 10-15 min walk to restaurants. Because of the car we never took the bus but there where a bus stop just outside the hotel. The sunroof had a lot of sun beds and it was peaceful just laying there sunbathing when we did not feel like going to the beach. A hotel with good value for our money if you are aware of the negatives below and feel that they are ok. The breakfast, maybe something in the liking to English tourist but not for us. Toast, jam, orange squash/coffee/hot chocolate with to much water so it did not taste to mush. Egg, bacon, white beans is ok for a few days but not our cup of tea after three-four days. We had to pay for the “cooler” and if you wanted a remote to the tv. Also there were a lot of sts kids at the hotel at the same time as us and we found it quite disturbing.

- Reasonably priced, hotel staff were very helpful and pool was not crowded. Food was somewhat average but then again, it was not expensive either. Not a lot of activity in the area, once has to travel to Valleta etc for excitment.

Family rooms are located in a separate building, spacious, well equiped. Food is very English biased, but you will always find something for your taste. This hotel is a very good value for money, at least during off-season. Parking is on the near-by street, always available. Only heating in a room is via air-condition. You need to get a remote at the reception for it to work. Do it or you will have a cold March night experience :).

From the moment we arrived at the hotel I knew that I would enjoy my stay there. We arrived exceptionally early and knew the time for booking in was 14:00. The young lady behind reception was so helpful and had our luggage put in a secure room allowing us time to check out our location. I'm pleased to say that for the whole 15 days we were in the hotel I found the staff professional, cheerful and so helpful. This rubbed of on me and ensured I had a good holiday. When I'm around cheerful people it cheers me up. The hotel was clean and it smelt clean. I was only on bed and breakfast but I still found the staff in the dinning room very helpful. They had the knack of clearing my table very quickly without intruding or (worse still) hovering around you. Would I return? No doubt in my mind in fact I hope to be back this year There was a fair few students there and like all teenagers any where they were boisterous. In future I wounder if the youngsters could be kept together on 1 wing/floor of the hotel

The bela vista was clean , comfortable, homely and well managed. The food was very good ,the transport service from the hotel was poor the week we were there as new buses were commencing operation.I Would like a kettle in the room and one down side sometimes there were flies which was annoying at times in dining areas but overall very happy with services.
