certainly not a four star hotel do not know how they achieved that rating really very poor not a good experience

Evening entertainment -nothing else!

The hotel just did not warrant four stars - the food was basic and very little choice -

Excellent customer service Excelent food.

Staff assistance and friendliness is Excellent, breakfast selection O.k Rating would be 6 out of 10

Noise factor at night young students Not controlled. I think management are to nice.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel I knew that I would enjoy my stay there. We arrived exceptionally early and knew the time for booking in was 14:00. The young lady behind reception was so helpful and had our luggage put in a secure room allowing us time to check out our location. I'm pleased to say that for the whole 15 days we were in the hotel I found the staff professional, cheerful and so helpful. This rubbed of on me and ensured I had a good holiday. When I'm around cheerful people it cheers me up. The hotel was clean and it smelt clean. I was only on bed and breakfast but I still found the staff in the dinning room very helpful. They had the knack of clearing my table very quickly without intruding or (worse still) hovering around you. Would I return? No doubt in my mind in fact I hope to be back this year

There was a fair few students there and like all teenagers any where they were boisterous. In future I wounder if the youngsters could be kept together on 1 wing/floor of the hotel

Friendly and helpfull staff.The hotel is inexpensive but very good for the price. Do not expect 5-star -if you want that go to a more expensive hotel. The food was plentiful and the menu varied daily on the main items. We had a large comfortable room with a large balcony and a great view.

Het eten, dat was prima. Zowel het ochtend-als het avondeten. Service in het restaurant zoals het hoort en geen vreetschuur zoals we de laatste jaren hebben meegemaakt. Je wordt naar je tafeltje begeleid en het buffet wordt opgeschept door koks. Alles is schoon en het eten is goed op smaak. De keuze is voldoende.

De lounge is te klein. Bij slecht weer proppen alle gasten zich in de lounge en daar is het te klein voor.

Maden er helt I top

Ved poolen kommer solen omkring kl 9 og er væk igen kl 1405, så er der bare skygge, men der er en god tag terresse, hvor en mindre pool ville være godt.

с первых минут ясно, что вся реклама отеля - только реклама. на картинке кажется что бассейн большой, на самом деле малюсенький. фронтальный вид отеля на фотографиях снят с территории пиццерии через дорогу, а не со стороны "парка возле отеля", как представляется на первый взгляд. "общественной парковкой на месте" отель назвал то, что не запрещается оставить машину на дороге у обочины. но больше всего не понравилось отношение со стороны персонала. его можно выразить тремя словами: "люди на работе". действия всех без исключения сотрудников отеля - хоть и предельно корректные, но строго формальные, без намёка на улыбку, теплоту, гостеприимность. если что-то не предусмотрено - даже не думайте обсуждать это: "нет" и всё! воспользоваться гидромассажной ванной или фитнесс-комнатой в вечернее время - "ноу, сэр". без объяснения причин. второй ключ от номера? о чём это вы?. заказанный утюг (1.5 евро в день) так и не принесли? ну, завтра принесут. "но мне надо сегодня!" - говорю - "это не моя вина, сэр" - слышу в ответ - "всё что можно сделать, это принести вам его завтра". и так далее. в один из дней сотрудник ресепшена на три вопроса подряд ответил "No" и даже не добавил "sorry". да, конечно, может это пожелания были такими -- но осадок всё равно остался. так мы дальше и называли этого человека : "Mister No".... сломавшийся лифт чинили два дня. на третий - сломался второй лифт. основной контингент гостей отеля - престарелые пенсионеры из англии. они курят в номерах, всё это несёт через кондиционеры. но это уже мелочи. будь отношение со стороны персонала другим - я и не заметил ни этого, ни очередей на завтрак, ни громкой "живой музыки" по вечерам, ни звуков секса сквозь тонкие стены... в общем, это не тот вариант, когда есть смысл экономить. и уж точно, никакие это не четыре звезды.
