The staff were very friendly and helpful. The view across the harbour from the balcony restaurant was fantastic. Breakfast was very basic: Maltese biscuits (very good !), cereals, fruiit juice, bread, meat, cheese, coffee, tea. I don't recommend the hotel if you have a problem using stairs. |

Location It is the worst hotel I've stayed at in the "West". It needs urgently a complete refurbishment. |

the location was excellent as I was visiting for the local feast and there were enough parking spaces for my hire car. the decor was very dated, the continental breakfast was very poor and could have done with a kettle in the bedroom. |

Price and location; 5 mins walk from bus station. Staff very friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast adequate but with limited choice; no toasting facility. Would recommend this hotel as long as you realise the limitations Lack of TV/ shampoo/ kettle in the rooms |

The restaurant has a good view over the Grand Harbour and collects the morning sun. Even as a budget hotel, it did not reach an adeqaute standard. It is being run into the ground and lacks basic maintenance and room security. |

My mail inquiry was answered immediately, with correct information. Further correspondence was equally swift - I also got a room with breathtaking view of the GrandHarbor for extra EUR5 which was perfectly reasonable. An excellent bonus is the complimentary WiFi that normally costs quite a bit in Valletta (if at all available). The old building is definitely a maze and would need a facelift in general. |

The central location was what made us choose it and the location lived up to what we wanted. Desk staff were very helpful and informative. Breakfast a little monotonous after a week - a toaster would be good! |

The room was perfect. View across the harbour and my daughter and I had separate 'rooms' within our room whcih was ideal. The location is excellent. The breakfast was poor. Basically bread, cheese, cold meat or cereal. Pretend juice. Even a toaster would have made all the difference. |

The hotel is very conveniently located for Valletta. Some room offer a magnificent vista of the harbour, The heating arrangements are not ideal for cold weather. |

The location of the hotel was excellent - only a few minutes walk from the main bus terminal and the centre of Valletta. The views over the harbour were stunning too. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful at all times. The rooms were basic but adequate, plus very clean and comfortable, and great value for money in my opinion. |

The staff was nice to us all the time, even though our late arrival and they even adjusted our checkout with half an hour allowing us slightly more time to sleep, which was greatly appriciated There was no information that the hotel is being renovated. The elevator was small, as were corridors. But of course I understand that these two issues are such things that customers only have to adapt to, nor are they changeable. |

Nothing to be honest, I don't know what star rating the hotel displays, it might be 2 - none of them deserved. The place is appaling with the exception of the view. |
