This has been a real dissapointing hotel. Reception service good but extremely poor cleaning service, the second day they have not even cleaned the tea cups used in the room!. The Cafeteria service really low standards, poor service and almost never open...Will defenetely not reccomend to anyone this place. Cleaning service very poor, overall hotel facilities and service poor and not a 4* rating hotel but rather a 2* hotel service |

the view from my room, the staff were very friendly, my room was very very comfortable and for once i could relax over there, i had a nice comfortable very relaxing birthday there. the jacuzzi maybe needs to be heated and seperated from the indoor pool. it was still nice but maybe it could be abit better |

The hotels position, gives perfect views across the bay with sun all day on the terrace and pool area. (make sure to get a bay view south facing room). Excellent choice of restaurants 5 minutes walk away. |

Location, Location, Location central - but was far enough away from the noise of Paceville bars and traffic to be very, very quiet. Great views from the Harbourside rooms as well |

The hotel had large rooms with beautiful views of the bay and were great value for money. The doors in the room close automatically and there was alot of banging in the morning. |

Location of hotel was excellent No heating in rooms and this was confirmed by the staff. This may have been due to the fact that there were not many people staying during this period. The food was basic but on hearing comments from other guests who stayed fully inclusive we had made a wise choice in staying B+B only. As previously pointed out no bar during the evening and no entertainment whatsover |

1st day of my 9-day stay I told the manager it was very cold in the room (Nov, cold outside). Though I said it again and there were other complaints nothing was done about it. The central heating remained off until the day we left./ Not even a single shelf in the bathroom/hairdryer with extremely short cord in the drawer(!) in the room/unfriendly staff/swimming pool only open 8.30-18. 3 stars max. |

Bed was long enough for someone of my length (nearly 2 m.). Rather nice view New hotel and nice location don´t make a hotel a 4 starhotel. 3 stars at the most / 2/3 * bathroom stuff / None of the tv-channels were sharp / rather poor breakfast / fridge was completely empty (why put it there if you leave it empty) / unfriendly and unprof. staff / mashed potatoes were served too hot on a plate that was too hot, with no servingspoon / hotel located in rundown backstreet etc! |

la località in cui è situato l'albergo è ottima, vicino si può passeggiare e ci sono molti ristoranti. si potrebbe migliorare la cucina il buffet offriva poche varietà di alimenti. |

Il soggiorno è stato senza dubbio eccellente! Lo staff educato e sempre disponibile, la camera ampia con un bel bagno ed un ottimo panorama, le piscine veramente splendide, la colazione sia inglese che continentale di ottima qualità e di vera abbondanza, la possibilità di fare il bagno oltre che in piscina anche nel mare con immersione diretta dall'albergo. Ritornerò sicuramente a Malta e prenoterò con convinzione ancora questo Hotel!!! La pulizia nella camera doveva essere un tantino più ricercata, visto lo standard elevato dell'albergo. |
