There was air con in the room

The breakfast was the worst I have encountered in my life, the eggs and beans were inedible. The staff on every encounter were poor in attitude, disinterested and in some cases rude. The sun loungers were dirty.

It could do with some cleaning and most of all ...a good refurbishment.

The staff was excellent, the breakfast was good and room was clean.

The wi-fi didn't work.

Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile.

La camera che mi è stata assegnata non aveva il minimo panorama. Anzi il balcone dava direttamente su un muro di un edificio adiacante

Molto poco. Direi soltanto la colazione a buffet è decente.

Praticamente tutto: il personale dell'hotel tratta gli ospiti come fossero intrusi che sono lì solo per stressare gli "indaffaratissimi" personaggi della reception (molto impegnati nel guardare la televisione soprattutto nelle ore serali). Giusto per fare un esempio: siamo arrivati e non ci hanno neanche chiesto chi siamo. Ci hanno sbattuto in faccia un modulo da compilare e il conto da pagare (che era sbagliato, semplicemente perchè era di qualcun altro) Lo stato delle camere è quello di un edificio terremotato, con I mobili che risalgono all'epoca delle guerre Puniche. Il bagno è in condizioni pietose. Sul discorso igiene, beh, lasciamo perdere. Non andateci!

śNiadania w cenie. Smaczne typowo angielskie, codziennie to samo. Blisko do nabrzeża, przystanków autobusowych, skąd można pojechać właściwie w każde ciekawe miejsce na wyspie. Miła I pomocna obsługa. W sumie w tej cenie mogę polecić. Dość cicho. Jeśli potrzebujecie miejsca żeby wypocząć w spokoju po dniu pełnym wrażeń, nie zależy Wam na spędzaniu czasu w hotelu to ok. Bo nie ma co liczyć na luksusy...

Wszystko już dość stare I zużyte, łóżko trochę skrzypiało. Generalnie przydałoby się nieco odmłodzić hotel. Mieliśmy pokój od strony patio. żAdnego widoku tylko nieładna ściana na wprost balkonu. Z drugiej strony jest widok na ulicę, w sumie też nic specjalnego. Na śniadanie ciągle to samo, ja byłem 4 noce więc ok ale przy dłuższym pobycie może być męczące. Brak świeżych warzyw I owoców na śniadanku, mi osobiście przeszkadzało.

La colazione dovrebbe comprendere qualcosa in più per gli italiani, il bar dovrebbe servire anche un vero espresso

Närhet till Bugibba torg o allt vad som finns där runtikring, busshållplats strax utanför hotellet, bra o trevlig personal

Vi fick ett rum mot gården med en stor vägg direkt utanför balkongen, kanske ska man informera bättre om rummen på baksidan så kan man kanske göra ett eget val för att byta upp sig, främre rummen är mot en rätt kraftigt trafikerad gata

Funktionierende Heizung,freundliches Personal(wenn mal jemand .greifbar war...!)

Warmwasser gab es ab 18 Uhr abends nur noch sehr sporadisch, englisches Frühstück,( nur weiches Toastbrot und eine Sorte abgepackten Käse), sehr schlechte Erreichbarkeit des Personals ( Personal musste bedienen, aufräumen, Rezeption besetzen, Abends Getränke servieren, etc.)

Dość dobre śniadanie, I dobra cena. Miła obsługa, starająca sie wynagrodzić braki w hotelu

Hotel wygladał w ofercie na bardziej nowoczesny, stare meble, łóżka trzeszczace, stara łazienka, popsuty wiatrak w pokoju, brak szuszarki, mały basen, klimatyzacja sprzed wieków, na jadalni gorąco, brak dobrej klimatyzacji

Dobra cena, sympatyczna obsluga.

Śniadanie przez caly tydzień takie samo, kiepskie i maly wybór.

The only thing what we liked is that cleaning of the rooms was daily.

First before order pay attention that they wont give you beck yard rooms, there is only air conditioning systems, and kitchen. Personal at the reception, first they give you crappy room and after you ask to change in front side, then they will heal you, with saying everyday, that there is no rooms available. Food for breakfast really poor, breakfast everyday same, not worth ordering. Room we got was really bad quality, ordered double bed, got room with three beds instead. Shortly hotel worth max 2 stars, and they stating 4 stars, don't know for what they got it. For young couples do not recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was a disaster..the food was not edible at all: a hair strand was found on my ham, scrambled eggs tasted of plastic and sausages left a nasty after taste. We barely touched our food and went to have breakfast elsewhere. Although the room was very clean the towels were grey and frayed and some had stains on them. Not a positive experience at all sorry! I wouldn't recommend it and will definitely not go again.

Colazione assolutamente insufficente

Excellent rapport qualité/prix, chambre correcte et propre. Ambiance familiale, toutes les chambres ont un balcon, même celles situées à l'arrière.

L'odeur de tabac froid dans la chambre et le bruit du compresseur (à l'arrière de l'hôtel), assez fort pour vous réveiller la nuit, même fenêtres fermées, dommage!

Staff friendly & helpful & good position

Need to stop advertising it as a newly built hotel, it was new many years ago, really only a backpacker type hotel. The sheets on my bed were threadbare, but fairly clean & it was ok for me as I only went there to sleep. I only had breakfast there once then went down to Bugibba square for remainder of stay for my morning coffee.
