Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Vom Zimmermädchen bis zum Chef. Rundum gut und leise.

Einige Stellen wie Fenster und Bäder sollten doch mal in Teilen renoviert werden. 5 Sterne so meine Meinung sollten auch in der Einrichtung sichtbar sein.

Zuvorkommender Service, geräumige,gepflegte Zimmer, excellentes ,vielseitiges und reichliches Frühstück,(( auch für Spätaufsteher,) ebenso wie das Abendessen in elegantem Ambiente, Lage des Hotels ideal für Besichtigungen auf der Insel, aber fernab von den Hotelburgen der Vororte. Bei unserer Buchung unschlagbares Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

One of the few positive points at the Corinthia Palace & Spa is the surely the restaurant and the restaurant staff. I had regularly breakfast and once dinner in the Rickshaw. All food was superb, the team was always professional and even special wishes were not a problem.

Apart from the restaurant team, the provided service was quite clumsy and not 5 star at all. Unfortunately, there were many shortfalls. Here just two examples of many: The wall of my room was wet and contained black mould. I noticed this to the receptionist on my first day and asked them to please have a look and at least clear the black mould. Nothing happened during my entire stay. - They also provide a shuttle service to some destinations around the hotel. It was forgotten for forward my reservation to the driver. My complaint seemed not to be of particular interest to the receptionist. She told me that she would inform the Concierge, who was not at his desk. Like this, it took them another 45 minutes to solve the situation.

wifi did not work for 3 days fair enough the hotel refunded the cost but ...

Room were spacious and clean. The bed very confortable. All the services were nice and i particularly appreaciated the staff and concierge service.

I would have liked a free wifi.

Location of hotel to Anton gardens, Staff awareness of Gluten dietary needs, Any questions staff not able to answer on spot they left a note asap.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and all the staff very attentive an dcorteous. The food was also excellent.

If you like style and elegence this hotel has it in abundance.From the art deco main dining room to the general feel of the hotel. The Oriental reataurant surpassed itself with the quality and value of the food it served. The location of the pasta /pizza restaurant in the garden area is superb. The pool area is beautifully layed out and has all the facilities expected.

The only minor point was the location of the hotel in the diplomatic area. There is only one restaurant and bar in the near vacinity for optional dining. However the hotel does run a courtesy bus into the capital. Taxis are expensive although car hire is reasonably cheap.
