la gentillesse du personnel. les petits déjeuners. la situation de l'hôtel. l'infrastructure et les locaux très agréables. l'accés réservé de la piscine intérieure, limité au matin pour les enfants. lits à ressort confort moyen, et l'isolation des baies qui commencent à devenir défaillantes. |

Go Mobile Internet service is slow and over priced. A hotel of this standard should have a better service geared towards the need of business visitors |

Main Restauants very good Pool area disgraceful.Dirty torn umbrellas.Dirty seats and cushions.Pool only cleaned once in two weeks.Dirty edge filter covered in leaves and black algae.Both pool bars closed every day.No service for drinks at pool.Towels threadbare and old.Very very poor and not good enough.Management told and no reaction. |

Friendly and helpful staff. Location of hotel - easy access to Valetta by local transport. Hotel surrounded by beautiful gardens and next to the Presidental Palace Gardens (San Anton) which are always open to the public. |

The hotel had a feel of a "real" 5 star hotel and the staff could not do enough for us. Car parking was a real problem at this hotel. They did not have any disabled spaces immediately outside the hotel which made things a little difficult |

It was a very good value and a good location for us - near the airport. This is a large business hotel. It was perfect. However, it was like every other such hotel around the world, with absolutely no character nor local charm. I would look for something else next time, but probably find nothing better. |

The pool, Was lovely, But the water was too cold, Room was outstanding. Room service was quick as for the wine well Im afraid words cannot decribe it. Food and restraunts were gorgeous |

friendliness of staff The indoor Rickshaw oriental restaurant. Quality of food was good, but it took about 2,5 hours before we received our main course. This also happened to other visitors and some were angry and some even left the place. |

Après un séjour à l’hôtel, les clients de Booking.com remplissent un questionnaire et y expriment leur avis personnel lequel ne correspond pas forcément à celui de Booking.com.
