Staff was very kind and friendly. There was no telephone extension list in the Hotel directory. It was inconvenient because there happend to be a electricity shut down by accident.The room was small to put in one extra bed and stay by 3 adults. |

Nice location with plenty of restaurants either in the hotel itself or within short walking distance. Good breakfast. busy road in front...our room was sea view, but it was still by the road which generates quite a bit of noise since it's an uphill. |

The view from the room to the St George Bay is magnificent, the hotel is quiet and well equipped. The staff is good and responsive. |

Location - close to good restaurants and right on the water-front in St George's Bay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent room. Had to pay extra for room safe. |

Beautifully positioned on St Georges Bay, convenient to public transport, staff friendly and professional. Views from our balcony of the bay and fireworks at night very lovely. I'd like to particularly mention one of the head waitresses, Denise, a fine asset to the this hotel, she was so helpful and went out of her way to assist, a wonderful example of Maltese hospitality she is so very lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again. A couple of recommendations, to have bed linen changed more regularly specially during the very hot summers, I pulled the sheets off the bed myself after the fourth day to make sure they were changed as they had not been changed. Teapots and Coffee pots used at breakfast should be cleaned more thoroughly, plastic lids, cracks and discoloured chipped pots are not in keeping with the star rating this hotel would like to reflect. |

taking into account the discription on your web site the hotel met all our expectations cost of mini bar items 2.25 euro for a small packet of biscuits, 1.85 for nuts |

The hotel was fabulous, the room was very clean and the view from the balcony was amazing. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was excellent. The shops, bars and restaurants were all within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again. |

the setting of the hotel was good it was very comfortable & the rooms were spacious though my 14yr old daughter constantly moans when she gets a z bed when sharing our room.The standard of food & service was high all staff were pleasant & helpfull.. It is located near Paceville which is where all the clubs & bars are and was full of young people though this did not really bother us it might have an impact on other guests staying there if they were looking for something more peacefull. |

I thought most of the reception and dining room staff were effecient, friendly and courteous. The food was good and the room was clean and functional. I would revisit in the future. I think that there could have been a second console for internet users in the reception area since there were delays in accessing the facility at peak times. |

Very pleasant room with luxury bed & quilt, service excellent from all staff apart from 1 member of the waiter staff at breakfast we found quite abrupt when we asked for hot water for the tea as the urn water was luke warm We had a room service meal that was disappointing. We ordered chicken in sauce which the sauce was extremely strong & it arrived with chips, it would have been nice to have been offered the option of vegetables so such rich sauce meant we could not finish our meals. |
