Staff were Amazing Rooms were nice Facilities were good Parking cheap Just get a seaview room n you will be fine.

It was near paceville which is a dump, you can't hear it but you have to walk through it to get anywhere. Rooms were really hot n if you opened the window it was mega noisy.lots of service vehicles .

Very good hotel. Perfect and rich breakfast. Interior and furniture are not at their best looking, but everything works just fine. Ideal location - all pubs and bars are in 5 minutes walk distance, but inside the hotel it is quiet. Очень неплохой отель. Отличный завтрак. Мебель и интерьер комнаты не очень новое, но все отлично работает. Идеальное месторасположение - до района дискотек и баров можно дойти за 3-5 минут, и тем не менее, в самом отеле не шумно.

Building work in the hotel woke us with drilling at 8am on 2 mornings . This stopped after we complained but spoilt our trip

The staff at the hotel was amazing!!! Everything we asked for they got for us and any questions we asked them they were able to answer for us. I would definitely stay there again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very nice service, good breakfast at the terras, nice view. I got upgraded. I had two rooms, balcony's, minibar's, and a huge bathroom. A lot of space. Close by George bay is a nice small sandbeach. The reception looked nice. Close by peaceville (party area) but still quite sleeping.

Everything is not new anymore.The furniture looks used. The pool was very small and the shower close by the pool area was not acceptable. It was not possible to jump into the ocean close by the hotel because doors had been closed. Internet at the room is at minimum 5 euro. That is expensive. I used the internet close to the reception, this was for free but a 5 minute walk away from my room (the hotel is huge). I didn't want to keep my balcony open during night because I was scared that somebody could rob me in the night. Therefore I used the air-conditioning. Even it was November, the air-conditioning was not able to cool down the room. I wonder how this will be in the summer!

Convenient location once we had sorted out the various buses routes and the best way to get to St Juliens

Hotel restaurants were quite limiting and St Georges Bay had little to offer.

Bit shabby and needed refurb. Airconditioning didn't work that well. Location very central but St Julians is so much nicer.

It was a place of luxury. The pools were amazing. The restaurants had excellent food and the staff were so friendly.

It had a sea and were close to city center. people at the reception were nice and friendly.

rooms were tried to be redecorated but it is old. the shower door was rusted and relocated. the toilet was facing the wall with about 25cm, you cannot sit properly. they don't bring clean glass, but the lady washes them (no soap?) in the bathroom, dries with a towel, and places them back on the table as if clean. no sand but rocks. the sea bed is very dirty with pipes, concrete pieces, cloths etc. we paid 720 euros for 4 nights for 2 people and just breakfast is included. this is not worth this money.

From the moment we stepped through the doors we were overwhelmed by the friendliness of the reception staff. They are by far the best we have ever come across for smiles, helpfulness and customer care. All the staff were friendly and could not do enough for you. The hotel itself is clean, efficient and offers a multitude of restaurants, with beautiful surroundings and bay view from the room was wonderful. We had 4 nights there and came home completely relaxed and happy.

Not visable supervison/management of most of departments,I travel lots and I felt that rules and regulations were written only for the sake of hotel policy but noone followed them. For example none of 7 pools were not supervised, so children would override any rules and mature adult had no comfort to enjoy swimming without being splashed but jumping kids. Housekeeping staff also were not up to quality of the hotel, when we arrived room was hardly prepared in 100% for new clients. Breakfasts were always the same with not even small change on the menu-boring after one week.

I like location hotel. Hotel staff is not friendly, but carefully.

I did not like meal on the hotel"s restaurants, but cafe has excellent taste.

The staff were excellent. They were very helpful and courteous. There was a good selection of restaurants and pools in the hotel. It was close to the town for shopping and going out.

The hotel was nice but a little dated. There was no private beach as advertised on the web site it had some sunbeds on the rocks and a ladder to get access to the sea. The beach is actually in the town and gets very busy. Also they open the facilities to the public so the pools can get very crowded and noisy with all the children. We were very disappointed one Friday night when we thought we would return to the hotel and have a drink in one of the bars. Unfortunately for us all the bars were closed at 12 o clock which I thought was early for a hotel.

This hotel was just perfect for our holidays. We stay 3nights as we were travelling around island. Super truly friendly staff and not boring. Wonderfull room! View even better! Incredible clean. Lovely and tasty breakfast! Great variety! Best jacuzzi I've ever been. Sauna also available. Free sunbeds and umbrellas. 5 or 6 pools. Beach up to 3 minutes walking, one of the few with sand! Nice deco! Free (pretty sure) transport to sliema and Valletta for every morning! Casino nearby. Nightlife just 5/7minutes away. A great, great value for money! I truly reccomend this one! You won't regret! Top 1!

We had a really lovely holiday all staff in hotel extremely friendly and helpful, a really lovely hotel with excellent facilities in a great location for getting around Malta, would definately return.

Good location, easy walk to shops & beach in St Julian's, lots of pools in resort & also able to use pools in sister hotel next door.
