Reasonable rooms for the price and convenient central point on the island. Web site promised pick up from the ferry but this was not available. |

Location, it was close to the event we were attending The linen was thin and poor quality, the extra blankets felt unclean. The reception was adequate but not welcoming or friendly. |

The room was pleasant, clean, the view from the balcony was fantastic. Situated in the centre of Gozo : the ideal place to explore the rest of the island. The breakfast was extremely poor. For example, there was no fresh bread,..but only toasts. At this point, the hotel deserves two stars, and not three! |

Very close by town center, and bus station. some of the staff are not experienced-trained enough. some are not wellcoming or to busy to care.No complaint has been made. I will ignore this hotel, and put my stay as an experience. |

Just for short stays 2 or 3 days its lovely longer stays not much to do in hotel but good value for money also location for going shopping is good Because parking in rabat is a problem I think the hotel should have a mini bus free of charge to take you to down center evey day from 9 am to 12.00 for shopping |

facilities were good ,staff were very helpful ,a small friendly family run hotel, small pool on the roof to relax by. Breakfasts were a bit repetetive, need more variety of fresh fruit and natural yoghurts. Noisy at the weekend when the local people come in for evening meal, children running around the corridor at night screaming and shouting. |

This was our 4th stay at the hotel over the last 9 months and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. It is a 3 star hotel, and probably better than some of the other 4 star hotels in Malta/Gozo. If you don't like a hotel right on a road, this is not the hotel for you. There are some rooms at the back of the hotel 'country view' and they are quieter. The hotel is on a hill and the road is a bit of a 'rat- run' for local traffic and can be very noisy at times. |

Nice room with balcony and good shower. Not luxurious, but v practical and well thought through. Very clean. Front (street) room bit noisy with building work, but very sunny ands so still best choice. Breakfast was rather poor. Could easily be improved, e.g. add muesli, add 2nd choice of bread. |

Buena ubicación, muy cerca del centro de la ciudad, con espacio para aparcar sin probemas. La tremenda lentitud del restaurante en las cenas. Tomar un par de pizzas y unas cervezas requería un mínimo de hora y cuarto. |

Gute Lage zum Zentrum von Victoria, trotz Baustelle nebenan angenehm ruhig, sehr freundliches und hilfbereites Personal, gute angemessene Preise für Essen und Getränke (Minibar). Allgemein Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis top! Der Pool ist etwas klein, aber sauber und angenehme Sonnenliegen. Die Klimaanlage ist selbst im schwächesten Modus zu kalt und zugig zum Bett hin (Gefahr einer Erkältung). |

Hôtel moderne, bien équipé et confortable. Personnel efficace et souvent sympathique. Très agréable balcon avec une belle vue sur la citadelle. La qualité de la restauration était irrégulière. La climatisation des parties communes était réglée trop froide. |

Está bien en general; pero tiene un inconveniente insalbable. Está lejos de la estación de autobuses La piscina en la foto parece de medida normal, pero ès muy pequeña (salva la necesidad) |

Su localizació y tranquilidad, además de la atención a las familias con bebés. Que hagan las habitaciones en horario de desayuno: vuelves a la habitación a lavarte los dientes o cualquier otra cosa y... no puedes entrar. |
