Generally good value for the money we paid. This place is good for staying one night only, do not plan to spend your holidays here! Our room had no windows. The air was humid inside and it smelled. Furniture was old and crappy. |

Hi,had a great time in malta. The Europa Hotel was only a 2** budget hotel we were only there for a 2 night break but it was great for the money.location great in between sliema and st.julian on the sea front.when we arrived the disco was loud but we checked in and our room was at the back and was quite. There was satalite tv with all the channels,There was 4 low basic beds clean with clean towels and top sheet on each.Bathroom had toilet, bath, shower and sink with 4 mini bars of soap it was basic but clean.Breakfast was very good as we only paid 72 euros for two nights for 4 people this included breakfast. There was 3 types of cereal, ham cheese for toasties white, wholemeal brown, fruit bread and soft rolls and various jams & choc spread.drinks Hi,the view at the back was not good over looking other rooms in a square upward tunnel did not get to see the sun kept shutters locked and blinds down.Looked ok then needed lights on then. But really found that fine.I have stayed in alot off top 5*****hotels and paid mega money but this was good for what i paid.Malta you will always find freindly people There was a waiter called brian who served at breakfast always had a laugh and had all the info on malta.Drinks in hotel are cheap and you get a discount card as you are staying there (very small discount) disco not good schoolkids playing around could not change music very well and i let them borrow a uk top 40 cd what they liked but could not work their music system.Good location enjoyed |

Our allocated appartment was taken up by a staff member, the lift was broken and we had to carry our luggage to the 4th floor with no help from staff, there were used towels in the bathroom, there was what seemed to be a pubic hair on the bed, there were no blankets so the bed was freezing. If I'd booked for more than 1 night, I'd have demanded a refund and arranged alternative accomodation for the remainder of the stay. |

The locaton wasn't bad - the view from balcony was nice The breakfast was terrible - it's a hostel breakfast at best. They provided ham and cheese and bread with no toaster, only a sandwhich maker - how difficult/expensive would it be to just provide a toaster. A towel was left from a previous guest and it had s^&t mark on it from someone and guest almost wiped his face in it. |

I actually stayed in the hotel for 5 hours only awaiting my next flight. The price for a family room was very reasnable. I thought it was good value for money. I would only recommend it only for a very short stay. It was quite hot and humid and the hotel room was not air condition. I had thought at the time of reservation the rooms were air conditioned. If it wasn't for the price I wouldn't recommend this hotel for any body. |

The location was brilliant - directly across the road from the beach Did get quite noisy at night due to it being next to a nightclub. Although it was actually the guests in the hotel making the noise on the way home from the nightclub! |

The hotel is very efficient, I asked them for some information about Malta, and my email was answered in one hour. Since I arrived very early, the cashier man in reception office gived me a complimentary breakfast. This was very nice. My room was on the sea side. It was such a nice view, with the sea so close. The room was large and nice colors and decor. The cleaner was friendly and very good and caring person. The towels were and sheet was new and changed each day. I am very happy to have founded this hotel. It in the center of the Sliema, and there is a coffee shop near entranct for a coffee too. I used the internet café very often, they should make wifi to make it better for the customers. This is very good value hotel. I suggest you the reader to try. I stayed in more expensive hotel last time, but the Europa is better. I feel at home and its close to shops. |

This hotel is very central. What I liked is that its very clean and breakfast is very good. The staff are very friendly and they get to know you personally by your name. Its very personal. The room was large, and the mattress was brand new. What I loved was the television, it had so many tv stations, including all the discovery channels, well worth it. This was the cheapest hotel I found for this period. I also had a mojito, try them out and the price is very affordable. It was only 3.50 euro. I like this hotel. I will recommend it. |

The hotel is excellently located and the staff is very friendly and willing to help. The price is low. The room wasn't very clean (I saw some cockroaches on some days). It's not very confortable, and the breakfast is poor. But for a budget place, it's ok. |

Staff really serviceminded. The hotel rooms are awful, damp and waterdamage that might give people allergic reactions. Bugs and other things even thou first impression was that it was clean. Beds are awful. We changed hotel after one night. |
