Hotellivaraus oli ok, eli tieto oli tullut heille. Hotellin sijainti meren äärellä. Edullinen hinta! Vaadittuani sain parvekkeellisen huoneen. Suurin osa vastaanottovirkailijoista ystävällisiä, erityisesti naispuoliset. Erittäin mukava kahvilanpitäjä. Huone siivottiin joka päivä ja pyyheet vaihdettiin. Useissa huoneissa ei kunnollista ulos avautuvaa ikkunaa. Paperiseinät, eli kaikki kuului. Öisin herää klubeilta palaavien ääniin. Lakanat vaihdettiin enintään kerran 10 päivän aikana. Pikku puutteita, joista kerroin vastaanotolle, mutta joita ei korjattu, tai korjattiin vasta viimeisinä päivinä. |

Sijainti oli aivan mahtava! Huoneesta saisi todella pienellä fiksauksella huomattavasti viihtyisämmän ja siistimmän oloisen. |

reseptionistit ja siivojat mukavia, hyvä sijainti monien eri avainten käyttö hotellihuoneeseen pääsemiseksi hankalaa välillä, yksi avain riittäisi jos mahdollista. |

I did not like anything, though in fairness the breakfast was ok. We were not given the room we had booked with a balcony but a very shabby back room with a window that opened out on to a small and rather loud pipe shaft. The bedclothes were ancient and threadbare. Shower didn't work properly. Booked cab at recepion and got some friend of the hotel in his car who drove like a maniac and overcharged us enournously. Awful place. |

it was close to where we wanted to be It could do with a make over i.e. the room we stayed in could do with a lick of paint and i did not ask for 3 single beds. There was hardly room to move around and because of this we could not have the 2 single pushed together. To go to the toilet you had to squeeze through one of the beds. The curtains were half way down and could not be drawn properly. My husband had to put them together. |

Location, and the coffee shop/ cafe out front was great My toilet was broken for the whole time water leaked out of it . The street and club noise carried up into the room all night. |

The price was low, why would show when we arrived in the room(s) It's an outrage to call this establishment a hotel. Rooms were more dirty than clean, floors had sticky substances on them, sheets were full of hairs and stains. Many rooms without windows, insects in bathrooms, shower curtains falling down etc.etc. Had to change room since no window, dirty sheets and no hot water for shower. |

The hotel is situated in a very central location close to all amenities. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. Room was very spacious and my stay at the hotel was very pleasing and comfortable. |

Hi, i just went for a business trip to malta and stayed at the Europa Hotel. The hotel is very nice, inviting hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful and I must say the location of this place is great... not to forget the amazing seaviews from their rooms... That really is a must have. I really liked this hotel and whenever I will come back to malta i will definetly choose the Europa Hotel |
