I did not like anything, though in fairness the breakfast was ok. We were not given the room we had booked with a balcony but a very shabby back room with a window that opened out on to a small and rather loud pipe shaft. The bedclothes were ancient and threadbare. Shower didn't work properly. Booked cab at recepion and got some friend of the hotel in his car who drove like a maniac and overcharged us enournously. Awful place. |

it was close to where we wanted to be It could do with a make over i.e. the room we stayed in could do with a lick of paint and i did not ask for 3 single beds. There was hardly room to move around and because of this we could not have the 2 single pushed together. To go to the toilet you had to squeeze through one of the beds. The curtains were half way down and could not be drawn properly. My husband had to put them together. |

Location, and the coffee shop/ cafe out front was great My toilet was broken for the whole time water leaked out of it . The street and club noise carried up into the room all night. |

The price was low, why would show when we arrived in the room(s) It's an outrage to call this establishment a hotel. Rooms were more dirty than clean, floors had sticky substances on them, sheets were full of hairs and stains. Many rooms without windows, insects in bathrooms, shower curtains falling down etc.etc. Had to change room since no window, dirty sheets and no hot water for shower. |

The hotel is situated in a very central location close to all amenities. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. Room was very spacious and my stay at the hotel was very pleasing and comfortable. |

The Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, room was very clean and breakfast was good too and above all the hotel is very central. I higly recommend this hotel. |

Hi, i just went for a business trip to malta and stayed at the Europa Hotel. The hotel is very nice, inviting hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful and I must say the location of this place is great... not to forget the amazing seaviews from their rooms... That really is a must have. I really liked this hotel and whenever I will come back to malta i will definetly choose the Europa Hotel |

Internet photos of the hotel don't match the reality. I was very disappointed. The receptionist didn't speak very good English which wasn't very helpful. Fan in my room was not working properly either. |

Everything about this hotel was for me positive. I really dont understand some negativ reviews for this hotel. People should know: this is a 2 star hotel, but some people expect a 4 star and afterwards their complaining! Im really satisfied about the staff in the hotel they were all so nice and helpfull, especially briand and the young italian girl! Rooms were clean! and a PERFECT LOCATION |

The staff were great, the room (209) was spacious and a large shaded terrrace space. Other rooms above had balconies which you could stand on just about sit on..but this was massive! The hotel is litterally on the seafront, which is fantastic! No sandy beaches but rocky and some interesting shapes have been carved out to create min pools...they provided a hairdryer, clean towels & lift. Not necessarily the hotels fault but got bitten a lot! |

The location was great, price was reasonable for what you received The help & service from the reception staff was terrible. No one made an effort to help infact it seemed like a problem everytime we asked for something. When there was a problem they kept passing on the blame to someone who wasn't working. Bathroom always dirty, mould in shower & beds where terrible- broken springs. |
