Hotelli on rauhallisella paikalla kadun päässä, joten läpikulku tai ohi kulkeva liikenne ei häiritse. Parhaalla paikalla Sliemassa myöskin näköalan kannalta; upeat Vallettan linnoituksen muurit aivan edessä. Huoneemme oli Vallettan ja meren puolelle, josta ihailimme Vallettaa iltavalaistuksessaan. Olisi ollut kurja majoittua sisäpihan puoleisiin huoneisiin. |

Tilava, valoisa huone. Tilava ja hyvin varustettu kylpyhuone, jossa sekä suihku että kylpyamme. Pöydällä, kahdella tuolilla ja erinomaisella näköalalla varustettu parveke. Riittävästi säilytystilaa vaatteille. Erinomainen, monipuolinen aamiainen. Huoneen lattia (kokolattiamatto) huonosti siivottu. Yhtenä päivänä siivoojalta unohtunut osa pyyhkeistä jättämättä. Aiheeton palohälytys yhtenä aamuna klo 7:15, johon henkilökunta suhtautui välinpitämättömästi ja suuremmin anteeksi pyytelemättä. |

Very comfortable rooms, especially the bed in "wellness" rooms. The electrical mains in the room are very very noisy, I actually woke up in the middle of the night because of this noise. Room in question is 1556. |

Everything was perfect! Too many very very senior people (above 80). Which is not surprising, though, given luxury and perfect spa treatment you can have in this hotel. |

Nice room with balcony. Good location. Very good value for money (80 euro per night incl. breakfast and spa access) Personnel was not very helpfull (I was in a hurry for a meeting and I had to wait 40 minutes until the hotel prefered private driver came, who charged me 20 euros for a 7 minute drive). The hotel is not really a 5 star. |

Room very comfortable Arrived 03:30, was told on arrival must pay in advance, 1st time at a 5 star hotel never heard of pre-auth of credit card! The asked to fill a form with my name add etc, all this info was available with the reservation. No Instructions or any info on Internet availablity and hotel resturants severely overpriced. Hotel share these with the 4 star next door, and appears to cater more for the ALL Inc guest. |

the room given to us was great,also staff were very friendly.it was great the maids were a little bit too noisy when cleaning the room otherwise, also the fact that you are limited to only one day spa when compared to other hotels the use of basic spa facilities were unlimited |

Location was perfect for rest and relaxation but not too isolated from shops and cafes and bus stops (just a few minutes walk away). Diningroom and Household staff were very friendly and helpful. Bedroom was disappointing -dark and a bit old fashioned- (not 5 star) but the bathroom was excellent. Reception staff weren't very friendly. |

We stayed at the Foritna SPA for our 1st of May vacations. We really enjoyed our room - it was a spa room, so it had a jacuzzi in it and a big bathroom with a therapeutic bath and a shower with a build in sauna. The staff was great and really helpful. I loved my 6 nights there :))) My only comment would be that the SPA isn't all that it said to be. We had a tour of the SPA and I wasn't all that impressed. I've seen much better SPAs and on a much higher level - the guide told us this was a no.1 SPA in Europe. I would have to disagree. |

The spa room in which we stayed was of an excellent standard as were all the dining facilities within the hotel. I was very unimpressed by the fact that during our stay we were subjected to an 'hard sell' experience where we were misled into meeting with some of your representatives who attempted to sell us some 'deals' in your hotel. Very personal information was sought. For that reason, I would not consider returning to your hotel as this experience overshadowed what had otherwise been a most pleasant... |

Clean and spacious room with fabulous view on Valletta's bastions. Located close to ferry, buses and some shops and restaurants. In-house restaurants are overpriced. The waiters don't seem to enjoy their jobs. The food is pretty good and tasty, however far too expensive for what is offered: better take a short walk to one of the local restaurants nearby. Don't expect seavieuw: although te rooms are sold as "5-star luxury seaview room" a view on the harbor is all you'll get. |

the view was amazing, however the hotel seems to cater mostly for people much older than us - in attitude if not in years - who didn't mind being told what was available rather than being asked what they'd like.This isn't what I expect from a true 5 star hotel. The gym was closed on Sundays - why? This was one of the reasons we went to the hotel! See above. Very unimpressed about closure of gym facilities on Sunday. |
