Det var bra fsiliteter. Det lå jo midt i diskogaten og det var mye støy om kvelden. Det var kontinuerlig grave og anleggsvirksomhet utenfor vinduet vårt fra kl. 0700 om morgenen. Smilekurs for personalet. Det lille ekstra manglet. Bygning og fasiliteter var bra til å være tre stjerner. Virket litt gammeldags op rommene. Var bygget i en annen tid og det har vært brukt lite til innvendig vedlikehold. |

Bassenget ute Frokosten, den dårlige og til tider veldig frekke oppførselen til staben, senger med hard madrass og fjærer som stikker opp og at det var utrolig dårlig trykk i dusjen var negativt for oss. Du bør også være obs på å ikke få rom ut mot partyområdet- da bør du i alle fall ha øreplugger |

Great Location, for 2 single friends who are not picky needs to change funiture for some was rusted and broken, the cleaning staff did a sub par job |

The only good point to this hotel was its location. Rooms are basic, floors dirty, staff play computer games at night while you wait. No shower curtain, my first room was full of ants and i had to change, staff seem uninterested, no air con, hotel suitable for young lads holiday only. Hotel near nightlife and some parts of the hotel are very noisey due to this, construction work outside hotel started on 23rd sept and not October. |

The strong sides of the hotel are perfect location, splendid outdoor pool, friendly staff, and relatively cheap price. What we really much disliked is the lack of bath curtain (bathroom is all wet after taking a shower), no air conditioning (no cooling). In our room, there was broken safe (fixed on request), somewhat defective refrigerator, untidiness in the bathroom and kitchenette. The overall feeling was like in a student dormitory. There was no free WiFi. We had to pay extra 13 eur for using the safe. |

Everything! The hotel is a dump! Only 15 rooms have air conditioning in a city where the humidity is the worst I've ever felt. The toiletes barely flush, the beds are concaved and you can feel the springs in your back. The rooms are filthy and so is the swimming pool. I didn't expect the Hilton for the price we paid but at least toilettes that work and a clean room. Spend the extra!! |

Hotel room wasn't cleaned when we arrived and told us wouldn't be cleaned until the next day. They then gave us a new room for one night only to find people already in it! The rooms were hot (no air conditioning) basic and overall this place is full of young teenagers who want to get drunk at all hours. We heard that they do not get checked for I.d in many of the clubs directly benneth the hotel. |

Closeness to the night life. Showers were ghetto, it was a hose that was not mounted on the wall but just laid in the bathtub, no appliances, small beds with only sheets on them as a blanket, no air conditioning. |

i stayed for 4 nights and was begging the hotel staff for a clean towel and until i checked out from the hotel i didn't succeed to have a clean one and used the same one for 4 days !! The room was very dirty especially the bathroom. The maid was extremely rude. The room was not cleaned at all during my stay. It was the worst hotel experience in my life !! |

Staff may be correct and helping or frankly impolite depending on people. But apparently no customer care feeling. Rooms are large enough but cleaning is insuffficient and various appliances were probably nice... ages ago. Rooms are corrected through a very long corridor, so that any noise could be heart at the opposide side of the hotel. So, it may turn quite noisy. Water/shower unsufficient. Bo |
