Very welcoming reception, the receptionist was nice to orientate us to the serroundings. Quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Ah and I liked the corridor carpet! Well I must say, the entrance to the hotel parking is very dangerous! |

The superior seaview room was enormous, with a fantastic balcony overlooking the harbour in Mgarr. Also the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had booked half board and found this was more of a tourist menu. It was good but certainly not excellent. |

Friendly, helpful and hard working staff. The plumbing. We did not have hot water at least twice, once when when we were preparing to go to a wedding. My wife had to shower in cold water. |

The staff were lovely, very professional, The view was incredible, terrace was amazing, room was massive, jacuzzi bath was a plus. The water went brown from rust occasionally, we went off season and the pool wasn't the cleanest |

The proximity to the Mgarr grand Harbour and various good restaurants. Food at the hotel was ok. Receptionist was very friendly. The chambermaids were quite noisy. The car park is too small & there's only an entry/exit point. |

Immediately you arrive staff give full attention, they even give you a drink! there are no signs to indicate Hotel Car Park |

The hotel is lacking maintenance everywhere from reception to stairs to corridors to rooms especially balconies. Car park not convenient; small, space wasted and very dusty. You park a clean car before you sleep and when you leave the following morning the car is White. It's not 4 star service for sure. |

Very nice, big room with wonderful view, friendly staff, good food, warm room, and very convenient for both busses and ferry. There was only a set menu for dinner, the published a la carte did not apply, and the shuttle bus was very irregular - I guess out of season features! |

the view they do not write the room no on the card when they give you the key. You realise this when you go to the floor and then you end up going down again. And room nos on the sign in front of the elevator are missing. |

The view is excellent. The staff is very efficient and helpful. The bed is very bad, they need to change the mattress. The air-condition is not work, very hot at night. |
