Good size room, good breakfast, fantastic view. I have marked excellent for cleanliness of room, which is correct, but the widows! When i opened the curtains in the morning i was disappointed to see the very dirty windows.One other item was the one sun loungers cover, very poor condition. This i did not expect at the quality of the Hotel, but it has not put me off i would certainly go back. |

The Rooms are comfortable and fitted with good quality furniture. The service is efficient and unobtrusive. Limited Parking facilities, however steps are visibly in hand to improve this. |

Staff at reception are very friendly and wellcoming. I liked the 1hour free internet given to guests and a wellcome drink upon arrival. Breakfast was very basic when compared to a 4 star hotel. Room seemed a bit cold. |

The room was comfortable and clean and the staff were very pleasant too We were disappointed with the dangerous, broken tiles around the pool area. Also that there is no toilet out by the pool. Six years ago when we stayed at the Hotel we had enjoyed time in the games room. This time it was unavailable and we weren't informed about it at booking stage. |

Yes, it was the underground parking space which is really not a parking lot but still left from the hotel's construction stage. Please, give it a proper uplift and make it congenial to hotel residents which it is not. Parking in the vicinity of the hotel is a nightmare. |

All rooms have an excellent view over the harbour. The rooms are well equipped and clean. Good size rooms. The bed was of poor quality. The restaurant was below standard, breakfast is not fantastic. Staff lacked a general friendliness. There is quite a bit of noise from the road. |

The room was fairly large, good location for access. The staff were not friendly. The breakfast was poor with a lack of selection and cold most of the time. For the money we paid the service should have been better. |

Very welcoming reception, the receptionist was nice to orientate us to the serroundings. Quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Ah and I liked the corridor carpet! Well I must say, the entrance to the hotel parking is very dangerous! |

The superior seaview room was enormous, with a fantastic balcony overlooking the harbour in Mgarr. Also the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had booked half board and found this was more of a tourist menu. It was good but certainly not excellent. |

Friendly, helpful and hard working staff. The plumbing. We did not have hot water at least twice, once when when we were preparing to go to a wedding. My wife had to shower in cold water. |
