The staff were excellent, polite at all times, very responsive and dealt effectively with a minor emergency when I had a fishbone lodged in my throat. We had to leave early on the morning of departure and the Hotel were happy to sort out all the billing the night before. The staff are disposed to make everything very easy for you and even had a glass of iced water to greet us on arrival. A most welcoming hotel. Breakfast is expensive although high quality and plentiful. The car park, separately operated, to which guests have free access is like a labyrinth. After three days we could locate the lift closest to the hotel. On making the reservation via booking.com, the hotel changed the rate and charged 50 euros per night more than the advertised rate to my card but this was sorted out by email the next day without fuss. |

Most of the staff were vey friendly and helpful. The pools and surrounding areas were very good. Views from the rooms were lovely. Food was expensive but I suppose for a 5* hotel this is to be expected. |

Excellent hotel, food was amazing as was the restuarant and check in staff however the room servicing for housekeeping was not up to standard at all with the room rarely being cleaned, with just the bed being made and rubbish often not even being taken out |

the atmosphere was great and relaxing and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly the water was a bit expensive...make sure that you purchase it from the grocery next door....bottle of water in hotel cost euro 4.5 |

We totally enjoyed our stay at the Hilton. We could not ask for better service, cleanliness of room and facilities. The staff were extremely helpful and nothing was a too much trouble. We will definitely return to the Hilton if we get the chance. |

The front desk staff had poor English and poor understanding of English.. Budget toilet paper... Roomkeeping kept leaving the balcany door unlocked.. |

Great location, room, amenities and friendly staff made this one of our top hotel stays. The breakfast buffet was extensive but quality of some items dissapointing; coffee often lukewarm. |

My room had an excellent view, and was in a quiet location. The staff is over the top with regards to genuine friendliness and helpful answers. The food in the Oceana restaurant. The lobster thermidor was awful and salty and terribly overpriced. I understand higher prices in such a hotel, but the food had better match. I had an excellent hamburger, however in the Bottega restaurant...if it is the same kitchen it is amazing how different was the food quality. |

L'hotesse "Anna" qui a su résoudre le 2° jour le probleme de chambre: climatisation defectueuse,categorie de la chambre sous-classee ; cette hotesse a su tres bien gerer la situation et nous donner satisfaction ;tres professionnelle ,tres aimable ....... Absence de bagagiste, acceuil pas digne de d'un "hilton" chambre sous classée non conforme au deal .Inadmissible dans cette catégorie d'errer à travers les couloirs bagages à la main |

Questo hotel e' meraviglioso, camere molto grandi, confortevoli, colazione fantastica, ha superato le mie aspettative. Ci hanno dato una camera con una palma piazzata davanti al balcone che ci impediva di avere una adeguata visuale esterna. |

オンザビーチで、繁華街にも近く立地は最高。すぐ近くにスーパーマーケットもある。駐車場はホテル玄関広場- の真下で無料（チャックアウト時に駐車券を提示する）。９階のエグゼクティブラウンジ（最初に入るとき部屋- 番号をいう。あとは顔を覚えくれる）では、３時のおやつと６時～８時のカクテルタイム、自由にとれる。とく- にカクテルタイムはいろんなお酒がある。おつまみもそこそこ充実している。ここならワイヤレスインターネッ- トも無料。部屋では１時間５ユーロもかかる。 エクスクルーシブプラスルームに２泊した。前払い払い戻し不可のプランで正規の半額であったが、１泊２５０- ００円ほどだった。確かに５つ星ホテルだが、玄関に立っているベルボーイは「駐車場はその前だ」というだけ- で車から荷物を下ろす手伝いもしない。部屋はフロントから延々歩いて一番端の８６４、カジノの目の前で全面- に地中海が広がるが、視線をベランダの下に転じると荷物搬入口と公共駐車場、パブリックビーチ。もっとプー- ル側のフロントに近い部屋にチェンジするよう掛け合ったが、今日はホテルがいっぱいだからだめ。すぐに対応- したが部屋のカーペットがなぜか濡れていた。hhonarのメンバーだったが、レイトチェッカアウトをお願- いすると、部屋を明け渡してエグゼクティブラウンジにいるよういわれた。 |
