Hotel Hilton Malta

Questo hotel e' meraviglioso, camere molto grandi, confortevoli, colazione fantastica, ha superato le mie aspettative.

Ci hanno dato una camera con una palma piazzata davanti al balcone che ci impediva di avere una adeguata visuale esterna.

Esattmente ciò che cercavamo per il nostro week end. Tutto perfetto. bellissima struttura, lussuosa, efficientissima, con una posizione sul mare eccezionale. Comodissima la posizione per lo shopping e per i numerosi, ottimi ristoranti. ben frequentato da clientela educata ed internazionale. Lo abbiamo eletto nostra dimora a Malta.

Ho apprezzato la gentilezza dello staff dell'hotel, servizi e infrastrutture, pulizia della camera, comfort e qualità/prezzo. Ci siamo fermati in questo hotel per andare a trovare nostro figlio che è là a studiare l'inglese, comunque ci torneremo ancora. E' un ottimo hotel in tutto, assolutamente da consigliare.

clean and the staff were very good and the area was nice.

Based on the price we expected nothing less then the classic wing throughout the hotel. We were definitely disappointed by the contemporary wing and felt we were mislead. Walking into the contemperary wing made it feel we were in a motel. Had to request another room as the first room was overlooking two stored boats a parked vechicle and a extension wing of the hotel. All looked untidy when enjoying the view of the mediterranean from the balcony.

Most of the staff were vey friendly and helpful. The pools and surrounding areas were very good. Views from the rooms were lovely.

Food was expensive but I suppose for a 5* hotel this is to be expected.

Excellent hotel, food was amazing as was the restuarant and check in staff

however the room servicing for housekeeping was not up to standard at all with the room rarely being cleaned, with just the bed being made and rubbish often not even being taken out

the staff where very nice polite and helpfull, the entertainment was good and the bar at the deck was excellent

We totally enjoyed our stay at the Hilton. We could not ask for better service, cleanliness of room and facilities. The staff were extremely helpful and nothing was a too much trouble. We will definitely return to the Hilton if we get the chance.

The front desk staff had poor English and poor understanding of English.. Budget toilet paper... Roomkeeping kept leaving the balcany door unlocked..

My room had an excellent view, and was in a quiet location. The staff is over the top with regards to genuine friendliness and helpful answers.

The food in the Oceana restaurant. The lobster thermidor was awful and salty and terribly overpriced. I understand higher prices in such a hotel, but the food had better match. I had an excellent hamburger, however in the Bottega restaurant...if it is the same kitchen it is amazing how different was the food quality.
