hotel bernard's redeeming feature is its proximity to local amenities and nightlife, although the price you pay is the evcessive noise levels the breakfast service was disgracefully bad, bathroom towels were threadbare and toilet brush was disgusting |

The hotel is at the centre of paceville. Just 50 meters from the sea and 10 meters from the bars. perfect location. Nice designed Reception. hope to have also the rooms upgraded. the hotel would be even better with a small face lift of the rooms. |

I just wanted a cheap nights sleeep before my early flight next day. the hotel is ok, but nothing I would choose for a long stay. the area is packed with bars, clubs & fastfood restaurants. Not my cup of tea, but for partypeople this is a perfect place to stay. very noisy surrondings, but the dubble doors to the balcony helped a lot. plastic furniture on balcony, no drinks in the minibar... |

Location of the hotel This hotel was furnished 30-years ago... everything in it, expect reception, is very old. Tiles a broken. Bath tub was damaged. I stayed in lots of 4* hotel and belive me this one doesn't deserve 3* categorization. You should consider booking this hotel only if you a broke and cant afford nothing better... |

Location (shops, restaurants, beach, movie theater, night clubs, pubs) cleanliness (except for some ants coming from a floor tile), friendly customer service). Good value for money. Very uncomfortable beds, too noisy at night because of bars and pubs open until late. Before leaving, since we had stored our luggage for a later pick up, there was nobody around to help us get them out of the storage room and my husband (65 years old) had to remove all the other customers' heavy luggage by himself in order to get ours. The girl at the reception desk was busy with other guests but there were two other people of the Hotel staff in the computer room doing nothing who could have helped, but they pretended they did not see us..I was very frustrated... |

It was close to the beach and pubs and restaurants. The workers of the hotel were nice. The room was not cleaned and arrange properly. The breakfast was very poor. It is supposed to be a 4 stars hotel but it shouldn't have more than 2. |

The staff were some of the most helpfull and pleasent people that I have met on my travells in various locations around the world. Excellent! :-). This Hotel is in a busy nightlife area, so if its a quiet break your after? this might not be ideal. |

I thought the staff were fantastic, all of them. The cleaning staff were so nice to us. My room was extremely clean, it was room 404. I could not help speaking of the hotel to my friends who were staying else where. The central location is perfect. Of course it is a little noisy outside but I don't know how people should expect peace and quite in a centrally located area. |

I am young and so I liked the fact that the hotel was right by all the bars and nightclubs. The room wasn't too noisy even though we were so close to the drinking street. It is very close to the beach. We were given a room that smelt very very bad. Like it was damp or something. We called the reception and they came and sprayed the room with this horrible smelling "refresher" and the smell didn't go away, even after 2 hours. They wouldn't let us change rooms even though the hotel wasn't full. Eventually we realised our airconditioner isn't working and complained again. |

Located in the center of Saint Julians, which is close to bars, shops, harbours, nice places for dinner (both budget as well as luxury) and a modern shopping mall (across the street: Hilfiger, FCUK, Marks&Spencer,Mexx, etc) and bowling alley and cinema. Staff entered the room at 8 o'clock in the morning while we were asleep and then blamed us (by screeming at us) for not posting the do-not-disturb sign. Hotel is not 4 star by far, almost no natural light in the room, all other lights are dim, very bad beds, fungus in the bathroom, impossible to get damp air out, airco is only recirculation. Don't think this is 4 star! |

Läget på hotellet. Allt OK för priset, men inte mer. Ingen fjärrkontroll till TV-n så den fungerade inte. Inte så viktigt i sig för då hade vi frågat om den. Mögellukt i badrummet. |
