The stuff was pretty friendly and during the last day they even let us use the rooms up to 5PM. Apart from that everything else was fair for the money we paid for. First of all I think the hotel should be rated as 3* rather than 4. The breakfast was pretty poor and nearly the same every day. In room there is fridge which is locked (you need to pay 2 euros per day to use it - first time I experienced anything like that in a 4* hotel) and is possible to unlock it only in the morning by cleaning stuff. |

First of all I like the price that was very attractive :). The personal was very polite and the room very clean. The food menu was rich enough but 2 time I found that some things weren't fresh fresh. The pool was little and all day in the dark. |

The hotel is very well located, near to shops,bar and restaurants. Good starting point to visit Malta, thanks to the near bus station. Good compromise price/quality. The outdoor pool closes at 6 pm! |

Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo colazione abbondante, personale molto disponibile e gentile. Nonostante bisognasse lasciare la camera entro le 11 il personale ci ha permesso di lasciare i bagagli fino a sera e ci ha dato la disponibilità provvisoria di una stanza per farci la doccia prima di partire. |

Lugnt läge, trevlig personal, bra läge med närhet till bad och restauranger. Väl värt priset i alla fall. Fyra stjärnor är överdrivet, gymmet fungerade inte, inomhuspoolen såg inte inbjudande ut. Frukosten smaklös. |

Delar av personalen var väldigt bra, de i receptionen var jättebra.Det var ett lugnt och bra område. Låg mitt emellan badplatserna som det var gå avstånd till. Man kunde lätt och enkelt boka resor själv nära och bra. De hade god service och var trevliga överallt så det var det inget fel på Lukten på hotellrummet, att dom skrev att det fanns spa och träningsmöjligheter, de var gamla och fungerade inte. Det var träningsmöjligheterna som gjorde att jag bokade. |

Pulito, cameriere discrete ed efficenti.. Tranquillo,quando c'eravamo noi erano per lo piu' anziani e stranieri (francesi e tedeschi)...di tutta malta Bugibba/Qawra (si pronuncia aura) è la parte che dal punto di vista ristoranti e passeggiata da sera ci è piaciuta di piu' dell'isola..Colazione a buffet solita da hotel internazionale...lo Staff era sempre gentile e ci ha indicato dove affittare uno scooter a un prezzo ottimo...non parlano bene italiano ma ci provano...Camere non hanno mobili di stile nuovissimo...sapete quel finto legno laccato?comunque a malta non ci vado certo per stare chiusa in camera! Il bagno ha tutto anche il phon...il televisore in camera prende un po di canali italiani e l'aria condizionata va benissim Nella prenotazione c'era frigo incluso nei servizi della camera...poi abbiamo scoperto che non era cosi...ovvero il frigo c'era...piccolo e nuovo...ma se lo volevi dovevi pagare 2 euro al giorno in piu'...L'Hotel non è esattamente sul mare...le camere hanno tutte uno scorcio...ma si trova nella "seconda linea" dal seafront. (Ah! Pulitissimo! Non ci stava di sopra cambiano asciugamani ogni giorno!) |

Disponibilità, discrezione, pulizia, posizione, comfort. L'albergo è perfetto per soggiorni in cui lo si utilizzi per dormire, sostanzialmente.Non possiamo giudicare il ristorante non avendo mai usufruito del serizio. Colazione continentale e discreta. Il prezzo dell'offerta avuta grazie a booking.com ha permesso di godere di un ottimo albergo ben collegato con il resto dell'isola anche a chi aveva pianificato una vacanza low budget. |

Muy bien calidad-precio: 35 euros/noche amplia habitación doble con balcón, limpieza diaria de las habitaciones, dos piscinas(hay una en el 6º piso), y desayuno. Hay restaurantes y pubs cerca, pero no es agobiante como en Saint Julians o la Valletta. Muy bien comunicado por autobuses y, además, son muy baratos. El desayuno tiene lo necesario, sin grandes lujos. |

belle piscine avec transats, à l'écart du bruit sans être trop loin (10 min à pieds du "centre"), chambre confortable, propre, spacieuse avec balcon et vue sur la piscine propreté de la piscine pas terrible (et ferme tôt ! à 18h) , odeur âcre désagréable de poussière dans la chambre (incrustée sur les rideaux et le mobilier) |

Non ha le caratteristiche di un hotel a 4 stelle: la nostra camera,pur essendo pulita, aveva un persistente odore di muffa, l' aria condizionata in camera non era regolabile, il bagno era piuttosto vecchio e l' acqua della piscina non era granché pulita |

La pulizia delle camere che, a quanto pare, è cosa rara a Malta. La Piscina, anche se con orari un po' stretti. Il prezzo della nostra offerta era perfettamente adatto ai servizi offerti (cioé un due stelle). Prima di tutto il letto assolutamente scomodo e rumoroso, per i primi giorni, infatti, è stato impossibile dormire. La colazione veramente ripetitiva e di bassa qualità. L'assenza di servizi elencati e la mancanza di internet. Terrazza senza luce e la pulizia delle stoviglie non è proprio delle migliori. Lo staff nel complesso non è tra i più amichevoli (ma è caratteristica di Malta in genere) |
