Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing appeared too much trouble especially the Cafe Julianni Manager and front desk lady - both were exceptional. On a good bus route and surrounded by good quality resturants. Staff were always happy to spend time in assisting with trvel directions and locations to visit |

Staff were very peasant and helpful, with gourmet dining in the hotel and nearby. The upgraded room was comfortable with a good view. I enjoyed the jacuzzi. It was very useful to have a garage at the hotel. The location in the tourist area is central with good access to public transport. Although the primary reason for being in Malta was business and I chose the hotel for its location, I also had a leisure weekend and chose the hotel with this also in mind. Lacks an indoor pool and fitness centre |

Efficient & friendly staff, free car parking & wifi, excellent restaurant "Zest" highly recommended, as is Club Twenty-Two in the tower in the town. Rooms serviced daily to a high standard! Well done to the housekeeping staff, it's once of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed at! Nothing bad, but would of liked better directions / better signage to highlight the hotel and maybe some heating in the roof-top pool. |

Very friendly staff, overbooked the first night and had to relocate us to the nearbly Hilton, but this was deatl with professionally and fairly. Good location within easy reach of Valetta. |

The location was great - close to many restaurants and bars reccommended by and frequented by locals. We couldn't seem to get our air conditioning to turn off, and the tv turned on every time we entered the room, but these were small points in an overall excellent stay. |

good room very comfortable a pity that only suites have a sea view but that is a minor issue..friendly staff all very helpful.great location for getting around the island and for eating out,plenty of choice within easy walking distance breakfast was expensive so we walked out each morning and ate by the sea for a fraction of the cost |

Classy and design furnished rooms, excellent location, caring and kind hotel staff, brilliant breakfast. The size of the pool was a bit disappointing for a 4 star hotel : merely suitable for 2 or 3 swimmers, good for a refreshing bath, not to improve your crawl. |

Great locatiotion and views on the waterfront in a bustling but lovely part of Malta. Easy access to local transport and only minutes from lots of lovely restaurants surrounding the quite harbour and with a roof top pool to chill out in after a day's sightseeing. None whatsoever. I would definitely like to go back again |

Helpful staff, great room (got a free upgrade on arrival), Zest restaurant fantastic, small but friendly roof pool area. We had an evening flight but were given full use of a room on our last day at no cost. In my opinion, worth getting a sea view room, although the internal rooms themselves were still of a high standard. Nothing - it was great! |
