Όλα τα παιδιά κάτω των 6 ετών διαμένουν χωρίς χρέωση όταν χρησιμοποιούν το υπάρχον κρεβάτι.
Όλα τα παιδιά κάτω των 2 ετών διαμένουν χωρίς χρέωση σε βρεφικές κούνιες.
Όλα τα μεγαλύτερα παιδιά ή ενήλικες χρεώνονται EUR 35,00 ανά νύχτα και ανά άτομο για επιπλέον κρεβάτια.
Η μέγιστη χωρητικότητα για επιπλέον κρεβάτια/βρεφικές κούνιες σε ένα δωμάτιο είναι 1 .
Κάθε επιπλέον κρεβάτι πρέπει να ζητηθεί και να γίνει επιβεβαίωση από το ξενοδοχείο.
Οι επιπρόσθετες παροχές δεν υπολογίζονται αυτόματα στο τελικό ποσό και πρέπει να πληρωθούν ξεχωριστά στο ξενοδοχείο.

Precious building and pool area. In the middle of no where. But if that's what your looking for, you got it. Technically friendly people. If you like a place full of rules and stiff people, this is it. Candidness was not part of our experience. We checked in at 3.30 pm in December for just one night to check out the place for a longer stay the following year. The outside pool was closed, and we where told that Kids are not allowed to the inside pool after 3pm. We deliberatly ignored the rule which caused the management to show up at the pool and urge us to leave by 5pm. The pool had 6 guests at that time due to low season. The baby stroller was not allowed to the pool area for hygene reasons. So if you are in a wheel chair be aware that the pool might not be accessible unless you break their rules. |

hotel is spacious,has got indoor pool & sport facilities, staff v friendly, rest is poor for a 5 stars!!!!!!!!!! the room we purchased, supposed to have county view, outside though was air conditioning equipment & pumps, very noisy !!!!!! all would start up at 6am. 90 euro for a very noisy room-never again, also some bathroom facilities dont work, keys to the room neither-very frustrating, restaurant overpriced for what can offer (fish cooked fm frozen, breakfast 20 euro!)- so for a 5star hotel , very poor!!! |

The hotel facilities and grounds are both roomy and impressive. The rooms are spacious and well appointed, most with nice balconies. The problem is that the hotel is located in beautiful Gozo (think Ocean view), so all guests can see from those balconies are outdoor pools and inland Gozo. Usually five-star hotels have wonderful locations with panoramic views. Such is not the case with this hotel, which faces inland and is very isolated. While the breakfast buffets were wonderful, the hotel's upscale restaurant is both very expensive and quite frankly not worth the money. The wait staff are too attentive, making it difficult to enjoy the food and the people you are with. |

Friendly staff, a mixture of locals, Germans and Dutch nationals.A very friendly reception in the Spa en Pool facilities. However the Spa treatments appeared tu us on the expensive side. Breakfast excellent. There is a problem of noise trafficking easely from one room to the other. Our neighbouring room had youngsters with a habit to chat well into the night. The night porter had to sort them out. |

Very helpful and friendly staff. Spa and sports facilities were great, I really enjoyed the ayurvedic massages. Special thanks to Thomas (waiter restaurant downstairs) and Nandor (for all his trouble on making a very special coctail). Really good restaurants, including the breakfast buffet. Very good value for money. Can't wait to go there again. Several tv channels were'nt sharp enough. Had to sleep like Snowwhite because the bed was too short for me (then again, I am rather tall). So only small points of critisism. |

Le calme de cet hotel, la qualité des équipements (piscines superbes) et espace spa intérieur superbe et reposant (accessible à tous). La qualité des petits déjeuners, l'espace (dans la chambre, sur la terrasse du petit déjeuner, à la piscine)...C'est un endroit ou l'on a envie de revenir. Rien à redire...j'ai peut être eu la chance d'y aller hors saison |

Enastående service. Ett plus att hotellet erbjöd chaufför som lämnade och hämtade vid huvudorten Victoria på Gozo och vid turistattraktioner. Den italienska restaurangen på hotellet var överskattad. Pizzorna var inte värda sitt pris |
