Espectacular Hotel per zona. Personal sempre atent. Molt recomenable després del caos de Malta I arribes a Gozo.

Friendly staff, which took the time to explain all the facilities available at the hotel. Room was rather clean and comfy. Just a short drive to Azure window which was fantastic.

Location is rather far away from town, but is no problem if you are renting a car.

The fact that we stayed only for 2 nights over the weekend in the busiest time locally - summer feasting and crowds, yet we still managed to find ourselves immersed in another world of peace and tranquility - even though i was amazed that there were many young families with toddlers it did not matter since the hotel amenities (seperate/secluded outdoor swimming pool for parents with toddlers) were well catered to satifsy our every wish of a relaxing short weekend break. I would recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a tranquil and relaxed vacation....one certainly to be repeated ;-)) Thank you.

Excellent location, service and general ambiance

Customer care. The decor, the peace, the gardens and pools, the lobbies and restaurants. The food.

I liked the way that the hotel is quiet even when it is busy because of the way it built. The Breakfast has to be up there with the very best for its variety and taste. The T.V. channel package in the room is also one of the best i have encountered in all my travel to top hotels. Lastly, their sports coverage in the hotel bar was perfect, showing all the latest matches of the day

There are a couple of things that bothered my, but these are personal. One is the pillows are not my type of pillow and i felt they were nice a full but way to soft, and secondly, i was not fond of the English tea offered by the hotel. It is a top brand but not to my liking.

Staff friendliness and helpful, stress breaking relaxed holiday, feeling of luxury, cleaniness, health and comfort. A great way to get away from it all.

Slippers were much too small for me - ha ha.

The walls were thin, you could hear through doors clearly and through ventilation ducts, the sound of the squash court balls bouncing and people running and yelling at all hours. The outside pools are not heated and the indoor one is adequate but jacuzzi was not warm enough. No effort to keep flies out of the eating areas and off the food in the buffet.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. I would recommend this resort for anyone keen to get away from a hectic lifestyle for a few days. The hotel is located in a quiet area of Gozo, yet relatively close to all amenities. The food is excellent, the staff is friendly and courteous and the facilities are top notch. The tranquil location the resort is situated in makes it easy for anyone to relax and enjoy the surrounding countryside Gozo has to offer. This visit may be our first but definitely not our last!

Hotel in general was great and to high expectations.

The staff was amazing and even the food. Since we booked on bed and breakfast I can only say that the breakfast was delicious. There was a vast variety of food. The food in the lobby bar was very good also. The hotel is very quiet which made it easy to relax. I'm looking forward for another stay.

The breakfast in room price is a bit expensive I think
