Espectacular Hotel per zona. Personal sempre atent. Molt recomenable després del caos de Malta I arribes a Gozo.

The staff are faultless and so very helpful. This is a large (but visually discrete) hotel set in the countryside of Gozo but by the sea. A good spot to go for walks and cycle around the island. I was very happy to spend a night here, although we did not use the spa it looked very good. The restaurant L'Ortolano is pretty decent, but note that there is also a good restaurant in San Lawrenz village just 10 minutes walk away (Tatita's) which is probably just as good, if not better in that I felt they used a lot of local produce in their menu. It is also possible to get the bus to Victoria nearby. Breakfast was fabulous, well worth it.

The scale is a bit too big for me and the decoration overly corporate/not terribly local, but then I don't tend to like to stay in hotels in general so this is perhaps a minor point.

Customer care. The decor, the peace, the gardens and pools, the lobbies and restaurants. The food.

I liked the way that the hotel is quiet even when it is busy because of the way it built. The Breakfast has to be up there with the very best for its variety and taste. The T.V. channel package in the room is also one of the best i have encountered in all my travel to top hotels. Lastly, their sports coverage in the hotel bar was perfect, showing all the latest matches of the day

There are a couple of things that bothered my, but these are personal. One is the pillows are not my type of pillow and i felt they were nice a full but way to soft, and secondly, i was not fond of the English tea offered by the hotel. It is a top brand but not to my liking.

Staff friendliness and helpful, stress breaking relaxed holiday, feeling of luxury, cleaniness, health and comfort. A great way to get away from it all.

Slippers were much too small for me - ha ha.

Cleanliness & friendly staff except for one of the waiters who is a foreigner & works breakfast..he s abit arrogant!

The staff are very friendly, but a little on the young side. The hotel is extremely quiet and very relaxing. The facilities are second to none. We would certainly go back.

This is not a complaint, but more of a comment. We found that the other guests a bit standoffish, may be this is what one should expect with the Kempinski being a 5 star Hotel, but it was rather disappointing. However most of the other guests were French & German, we are English. My wife had a nasty fall on wet tiles at breakfast and bruised her hand and thigh, the manager was very quick to offer help, but he failed to follow up later to see how she was.

Total relaxation, if you want to forget about stresses of home, this is the place to come. Very chilled out.
