Le professionnalisme du personnel,et leur écoute du client ainsi que leur trés grande amabilité.Une équipe jeune et dynamique mais trés respectueuse du client ,de la femme de ménage au bagagiste j'ai rarement constater un tel respect du client dans un hotel surtout en cette période de vacances. Distinction et médaille d'or pour itsi qui s'occuppe du divecorner : elle est vraiment formidable !!! Rien:tout est vraiment parfait.......il faut continuer dans ce sens ! le respect du client est important,on se sent bien au Kempinski. |

la cortesia dello staff Considerando il livello dell'Hotel e la dislocazione dell'albergo lontano dal Porto e dal centro abitato inesistenti le navette . Carente la pulizia della piscina. I due ristoranti dell'albergo sono da evitare per la qualità pessima delle portate |
