I loved the people and their willingness to help. they were friendly and efficent and the service was personal. They do everything possible to make your stay good!! I went as it had a fitness suite, sauna and jacuzzi.. Neither the sauna or the jacuzzi were on and some equipment in the fitness room is falling apart so i was disapppointed with that! plus its was mainly weights, if they got a decent treadmill and rowing machine and a cross country trainer it would be an actual fitness room!! Everything else was fantastic though!! |

Situation is very good, easy to reach from airport and connections to another places with puplic transport. Breakfast was good, staff was friedly and helpfull. Every thing was worth of price. |

swimming pool on the roof booked double room and had twin beds pushed together rather than a double bed, however I understand that this is normal practice. |

Nothing about the Hotel. Maybe the location Dirty room. Smell of smoke from cigaretts all the time. Aircon not working. The room looked nothing like the pictures. Smelly beds. I stayed in a lot of hotels around the world. And this for sure cant be a 4 star hotel maybe 2star. I booked a 4 star hotel with booking.com two weeks ago in Valencia that was exellent. |

Angestellte waren sehr hilfsbereit und nett. ist meiner Meinung kein 4-Stern Hotel. Frühstücksbuffet eher dürftig. Zimmer war sehr klein. |

die lage des hotels ist fuer malta sehr gut.busstation, hafen, ausflugsbootepromenadennaehe die preise fuers telefonieren vom hotelzimmer festnetz zu festnetz waren in meinen augen wucher. das ist abzzokerei und die telefonpreise sind nirgends deklariert. dies hat vermutlich system. ich wuerde dieses hotel aus diesem grunde nicht weiter empfehlen. |

La colazione si puo' considerare sufficiente. Bagno con scarafaggi. Camera su cortile molto rumorosa. Personale non parlante italiano. Condizionatore rumoroso. I nostri 2 stelle sono di gran lunga superiori!!! Non ho mai trovato scarafaggi in tutte le camere che ho occupato. |

Hyggelig personale, grei beliggenhet. Hotellet er ikke et 4 stjerners hotell og bør ikke utgi seg som det. Slitt, dårlig vedlikehold og manglende utsikt på mange rom. Man får inntrykk av noe bedre enn dette på booking.com |
