the location, great for getting around to promenade and all connections for other parts of island. front desk staff excellent the room was not cleaned properly everyday...had to prompt them to clean bathroom! rooms and service to rooms not up to star rating!! we had good special rate but if we had payed normal price we would expect from this star hotel free internet, bigger rooms, better outlook, less building noise, better in-room tea/coffee facilities, free shuttle to and from airport. |

The location of the hotel is really central, all places are easy to reach, the public transport even stops in front of the hotel, all restaurants are on walking distance, and the neighbourhood has also a local touch. I could not find anything negative about the hotel. |

I liked the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, especially the concierge who helped to organise our trips and dinner out of the hotel. The sea view from our room was wonderful and our room was very clean and comfortable. The lifts available were inadequate for a hotel of this size. The location was not as convenient as we had expected. |

Good location in a nice resort. Pool, spa and fitness room are nice and well equiped Service is poor and very slow and staff display no interest whatsoever in whether or not the guest is having a pleasant stay. They never once asked. They are polite and friendly people but they conduct themselves in a manner which shows a lack of appreciation for how a luxury hotel normally functions. I travel every week so i am in hotels a minimum of three nights every week. Save for the Spa, this was one of my worst experiences from a service point of view. |

People where increidibly kind. Rooms where not perfecly cleaned and 2 days they made our room after 14:00 even though we left the room before 10 (other two days it was our fault). The elevator function really badly. The bussiness center was very inaccesible in it´s services. |

the spa prices were reasonable and the overall experience was great the lifts had a mind of their own and extremely bizarre music/sounds being played in them |

The staff and their attitudes were excellent, The location of the hotel in relation to St. Julians was great. The facilities were excellent. The only things, house keeping was inconsistent in their service, and not complete (missing milk for coffee, sometimes conditioner, sometimes not, morning cleaning then late afternoon the next day etc.), and the finishing materials in the room were sub-par (trim not cut off in bath, paint unfinished, resulting in fthe beginnings of fungus growth etc.) |

It is a new, clean, quite efficient hotel of international business standard. The price for the room was very reasonable considering the type of hotel. Our sea view double rooms had two great balconies. The roof pool area was very nice and well looked after. Staff was always friendly. Staff was not as experienced as the hotel image suggests. Everything except the room was ridiculously expensive. Breakfast, mini bar, room service and bar snacks were all way to pricey and in some instances not of very good standard. 4 EUR for one, not very good, croissant was the most extreme. |

Hotel was in a wonderful location between St Julians and Silema. Bedroom, balcony and pools were all lovely. The mini bar and tea making facilities were not re stocked each day. The buffet was very overpriced for what it offered. |

I like the room, the spa and heated swimming pool. Also the fact that when i had a complain the tried to help me. The information of the stuff was not very good. Even though they tried the stuff needed more training. |
