loved the room, very comfortable and clean.also liked the tea/coffee making facility in room. had no problem with elevators as others had reported had read in other reviews about honeymoon guests being provided with champagne in their room on arrival. didn't mind that we weren't given this but was quite shocked to see 2 small single beds, however on request we were moved to another room the following day. also it's a bit of a walk home from st julians at night, the day time is great as there is a good bus service right outside the hotel. |

The fitness center it is pretty good as well as the indoor pool, the rooms are very comfortable. the roofpool is too small for so many rooms, the food and service at the poolbar is awful. The toilet floor was not cleaned every day. |

The hotel has some excellent facilities - a great spa and the rooms are very nice. My wife had a couple of the treatments at the spa and thoroughly enjoyed them. The spa and gym was the best thing about the hotel and consistently good. We'd advise anyone to expect service to range from excellent to poor in different parts of this hotel. Service in restaurants/bars was slow & disorganised with the notable exception of the Villa when the French guy was in charge. Roof pool was cold & compared to other 5* hotels little attention was paid to guests at the pool. It also had a strong wind blowing across it. The lifts had a mind of their own - & minibar prices were ridiculous even by 5* standards - 8-10 times normal price on some things |

Excellent facilities and helpful staff During our stay the hotel were obviously experiencing some problems with their drains. Some unpleasant odours in parts of the hotel! |

Well know hotel chain, conform to its reputation. Excellent service, confort and size of the room. Wll situated (15 min bus of Valetta center) Pay attention to prices of extras (like drinks and snacks at roof swimming pool) |

The staff were amazing. They treated you like royalty. The rooms were just amazing and when they mention room with a sea view, they really do have an amazing view of the ocean. Would highly recommend this hotel if you don't have really tight budget. Rooms were alot cheaper in off peak months and can get an upgrade very easily if available. We are coming back for sure the next time we go to Malta. The only one little thing we didn't like was the food we ordered for room service and that was it. If your gonna eat go out to one of the many good food outlets. Heaps of really nice restaurants close by. |

I liked everything about the room, very comfortable...the bathroom was very convenient as the toilet was not in it which is definately better. The room itself is very spacious and the style is welcoming. More choice of snacks would be beneficial. |

La cama (almohada) era muy cómoda y la habitación amplia. Cada vez que usábamos la ducha o la bañera,se derramaba toda el agua por el cuarto de baño por mas cuidado que tuvieras.la piscina exterior es muy pequeña.el spa tiene poca variedad de oferta,y si usas la taquilla,te cobran.en resumen,no se corresponden ni la categoría ni el precio del hotel, con lo que ofrece al público.le corresponden 4estrellas en lugar de cinco. |
