Beautifully situated near the best beach of Malta. Spacious room with balcony from where you had a marvellous look over the bay. The kitchen equipment appeared to be very lousy and needs terribly to be renewed. There was a musty smell in the kitchen cupboards. The toilet was bad, and you had to pull a lot of times, before the waterflush came.

many activities in the evening. we had a small kitchen, but the equipment was not good. And the matresses were too old and too hard. We booked a seaside room, it was on the seaside, but the seawiev was over the roof off the neigbourg house.!!

Nice location close to the beach, restaurants and public transport. Liked the privacy on the balcony and the view towards the farmland and the village on the hill. Maid service every 2nd day. Room facilities was very basic, but sufficient for a summer holiday stay. Good value for money. Reception always helpful. Too much traffic noise from busses picking up hotel guests. No need to keep the engine running for 20 minutes or more while parked in front of the hotel - just below our balcony. Opening hours in the minimarket. Closing at 18:00 is too early and not convenient when you want to spend the day on the beach or on exploring the island.

Friendly service. Generally a good place to stay. Too little entertainment in the evening, only 3 times a week, and the same people to entertain. Not much to choose in the breakfast buffet

We appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the terraced roof pool. Moreover it is situated in a very nice village of Malta and the view from our room covered very much all of the beauty of the surroundings. The television channels were very poor. As a matter of fact we could only watch 3 programmes.

We had a very good experience at this hotel. After reading other reviews, we made sure to reserve a seaview room to make sure that traffic noise didn't keep us up at night. The hotel is conveniently located a short distance from the town of Mellieha on one side and a wonderful beach on the other. The hotel felt quite empty when we were there in mid-May and was therefore quiet. We found the front desk helpful and friendly. We arrived in the morning and stored our luggage in a locked room until we returned from a full day of sightseeing. The room itself was very clean, as was the entire hotel, and the 2 swimming pools as well. The room floor was tile so there were no funky old rugs or carpets. The kitchenette was adequately equipped and met our needs. There is free WiFi in the lobby. The room was very basic with no TV or hairdryer, but it only cost E 27 per night. The bed and pillows were comfortable. We found plenty of street parking in front of the hotel. Staying here in the busy and more noisy high season may be a different experience. But for us, we give this place two thumbs up. On the negative side, the seaview from our balcony was a bit cluttered with buildings and wires in the way. The WiFi did not reach the room. The shower was very good, but without much ventilitation in the bathroom, there was a slight smelly odor. There was no double bed, but 2 single beds pushed together which is quite common. The sheets were clean but a bit on the thin side. We didn't need to use the blankets, heating, or AC so we cannot comment on these things. Nor did we take the breakfast or use the restaurant or mini-market. Overall, we had no significant complaints about this hotel and feel it offered great value for the price. It's not a deluxe 4-star resort, but we didn't expect it to be one.

Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Maid service every other day. Hotel conveniently near one of the few beaches in Malta. On bus routes to ferry terminal for Gozo and to all main attractions and places in Malta. Lovely roof top pool area which overlooks the bay. Our room needed a bit of updating, It was ok and clean, just in need of refurbishing. We only booked the basic room so didn't expect it to be any different than it was for the price.

1) rooftop pool 2) room was thoroughly cleaned by the maids 1) over-priced, stayed in other hotels in Malta/Gozo for a much cheaper price for the same length of stay and had better facitilies 2) pay for air conditioning

Location great near the beach and the Gozo ferry terminal, as well as tours to Comino Island. It seems like they try to milk the holiday season. There are a lot of things that if you want them working you need to pay extra, like a/c on the room, we had to pay extra 8 euros, which we did since it was so hot, and it was never really cold. Didn't bother to make much of a point since they didn't seem to care much anyway. Also thursday night's entertainment like it or not until 11:00 pm, very loud music by the swimming pool, not very good if you have very small children, or you plan to go to sleep after a long day at the beach.

Very good location, for a cheap price. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. We had a great sea view (worth the small extra cost) and could enjoy the evening entertainment from our balcony whilst watching the sun set. The apartment was a nice size with a good kitchen and the hotels mini market has a good choice of food and drink. We got there before check-in due to flight times but they got our room ready so we could go in a little early. Excellent all round. The dive centre was not very helpful.

The beach nearby is ok though crowded at times. There is a nice bar down the road that is just on the water that was pleasant. We asked for the sea view and after changing rooms twice we were finally given one, but beware as they tried to give us a concrete wall with ocean in the top left corner view to start with. The hotel is not really near anything making it an annoying place to be if you want to see the island. The room was not cleaned very well and the floor was always filthy. Most rooms have terrible views or are close to the loud road. Everything is an extra or an upgrade. There are absolutely no nice details, not even washing up liquid for the kitchen.

Evening restaurant by the pool had good quality of food with acceptable prices. Swimming pools were kept in clean, pool on 1st floor is good for small children. Luna market has ok prices and is really close. Hotel is 5 minutes walk from the beach, bus stop is nearby. Is cleaned every second day. Wifi is available for free. Very loud during evening concerts 3-4times a week until 23:30.It is dramatic when you travel with children.Balcony door had to be closed. Air condition almost did not work, fan had only one speed and was direct above a bed.We could suffocate it was so hot. In stead of sea view we had front wall view. Sea view was from the balcony on the right, however it was not direct view- buildings by the sea cover it a little bit. Room furniture standard was tragic- hole in the wardrobe, door were not closing, freezer door in the fridge were not closing neither, furniture was from 80s/90s last century. It is room standard form the hostel not 3 star hotel.

The staff is really friendly and helpful, breakfast was ok, also the pools were nice. No cleaning service, no fresh towels, no new sheets. Even if I received a note that the cleaning staff will come the next day, they skipped my room, probably because I was nevertheless checking out the day after. Floor looks like in some hospitals.
