Proximité de la plage et des arrêts de bus - La piscine sur le toit - La Kitchenette qui permet de se faire les repas - Très bon rapport qualité/prix vu les prestations.

Hôtel très bruyant du fait de la mauvaise insonorisation du bâtiment - Petit déjeuner pas très varié et basique néanmoins vu le prix de la nuit on ne peut pas tout avoir.

Chambre avec coin cuisine, proximité de la mer et de bars et restaurants

Aucunes informations en français, chambre faite un jour sur deux(spécifié nulle part même en anglais), vis à vis de la chambre avec l'immeuble voisin ( maximum 5 mètres) et encore nous étions au 3ème étage (vue sur terrasse avec antennes et réservoirs d'eau: mer aperçue entre ces éléments!).Pour les repas du soir les entrées étaient tièdes et les desserts très peu variés( glace ou pastéque).

Pratiquement tout, surtout au niveau propreté et le ménage effectué tous les deux jours par le personnel!

Manque la présence d'une télévision dans la chambre avec chaînes satellites internationales plus chaînes locales pour se tenir informé!!

we had a small kitchen, but the equipment was not good. And the matresses were too old and too hard. We booked a seaside room, it was on the seaside, but the seawiev was over the roof off the neigbourg house.!!

Friendly service. Generally a good place to stay.

Too little entertainment in the evening, only 3 times a week, and the same people to entertain. Not much to choose in the breakfast buffet

We had a very good experience at this hotel. After reading other reviews, we made sure to reserve a seaview room to make sure that traffic noise didn't keep us up at night. The hotel is conveniently located a short distance from the town of Mellieha on one side and a wonderful beach on the other. The hotel felt quite empty when we were there in mid-May and was therefore quiet. We found the front desk helpful and friendly. We arrived in the morning and stored our luggage in a locked room until we returned from a full day of sightseeing. The room itself was very clean, as was the entire hotel, and the 2 swimming pools as well. The room floor was tile so there were no funky old rugs or carpets. The kitchenette was adequately equipped and met our needs. There is free WiFi in the lobby. The room was very basic with no TV or hairdryer, but it only cost E 27 per night. The bed and pillows were comfortable. We found plenty of street parking in front of the hotel. Staying here in the busy and more noisy high season may be a different experience. But for us, we give this place two thumbs up.

On the negative side, the seaview from our balcony was a bit cluttered with buildings and wires in the way. The WiFi did not reach the room. The shower was very good, but without much ventilitation in the bathroom, there was a slight smelly odor. There was no double bed, but 2 single beds pushed together which is quite common. The sheets were clean but a bit on the thin side. We didn't need to use the blankets, heating, or AC so we cannot comment on these things. Nor did we take the breakfast or use the restaurant or mini-market. Overall, we had no significant complaints about this hotel and feel it offered great value for the price. It's not a deluxe 4-star resort, but we didn't expect it to be one.

Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Maid service every other day. Hotel conveniently near one of the few beaches in Malta. On bus routes to ferry terminal for Gozo and to all main attractions and places in Malta. Lovely roof top pool area which overlooks the bay.

Our room needed a bit of updating, It was ok and clean, just in need of refurbishing. We only booked the basic room so didn't expect it to be any different than it was for the price.

Nice view ower the see/coast. Nice top pool and the rest of the terrasse. Very nice reception and nice staff.

I didt´n like the small guestbed in the room. It was filhty- and it didt´n stay to the other things in the hotel!!! The bathroom wasen´t very clean. The toilet was a mistake!! The kitchen was not complet with thing, plates a.s.e.

We were looking for a relaxing beach holiday, it was ideal

Rooms with the seaview were deceiving because of the shape of the building...ours was ok but some of the 'seaview' rooms were infact looking at another room or right in the corner with view of wall...breakfast was same everyday

If it is hot air conditioning is a must. Rooms with a sea view have the downside of being subject to musik, dance and karaoke below.

The Atmosphere was lovely and The Roof top pool was Brilliant.

It was very basic and at the Pool party a member of staff was very rude.

1) rooftop pool 2) room was thoroughly cleaned by the maids

1) over-priced, stayed in other hotels in Malta/Gozo for a much cheaper price for the same length of stay and had better facitilies 2) pay for air conditioning
