Аннуляция бронирования
В случае аннуляции за 2 суток до даты заезда штраф не взимается
В случае аннуляции позднее этого срока взимается 100% от стоимости первой ночи проживания
В случае незаезда взимается полная стоимость заказа .
Размещение детей и предоставление дополнительных кроватей
При размещении одного ребёнка младше 12 лет на имеющихся кроватях проживание ему предоставляется бесплатно .
При размещении одного ребёнка младше 2 лет на детской кровати проживание ему предоставляется бесплатно .
При дополнительном размещении всех детей младше 12 лет на дополнительных кроватях взимается 50 % от стоимости проживания 1 человека за ночь.
При размещении одного ребёнка старшего возраста или взрослого на дополнительной кровати взимается 75 % от стоимости проживания 1 человека за ночь.
Максимальная вместимость дополнительных кроватей в номере - 1.
Максимальная вместимость детских кроватей в номере - 2.
Дополнительные кровати предоставляются по запросу. Требуется подтверждение со стороны отеля о предоставлении данной услуги.
Дополнительные услуги не включаются автоматически в общую стоимость и оплачиваются отдельно в отеле.
Домашние животные
Размещение домашних животных не допускается.
Группы
При бронировании свыше 15 номеров может применяться отличный от стандартного порядок оформления заказа, а также взиматься дополнительная плата .

very nice room and facilties. Great value for money! some of the staff were not friendly or helpfull. I remember one instance with one of the staff member at reception after 23.00 |

Value for money was great (72e/3nights). Breakfast was great as well. It was difficult to park there, fortunately we had kia picanto which is very small. We had problems with moving in hotel, there are 2 buildings connected by tunnel its hard to figure out where to go at first time. We also get quite dark room. |

The Food was excellent and the room was very nice. On Saturday evening when we went for dinner they have asked us to come 10 minutes later because they did note have enough room for all guests. |

All in all the setting was ever so relaxing and the staff pampered us all throughout our stay...... we definitely recommend this hotel.....we were also delighted when we were told that we were going to be upgraded. |

It was value for money. I booked through you a comfort room with a balcony. I did not have a room with a balcony. I confronted them and they advised me it had a french balcony. I advised them when you say Balcony, it is an area you can walk on to. In the end I pushed them into giving me a deal. I feel they gave me and my two teachers this room as they were full and were hoping we would not realize. Summary : if a hotel says balcony, and if in Malta, balcony is a noun and it can change its architecture with an adjective, people need to know. |

Great facilities, pools etc... There was a huge variety of food at the breakfast buffet and all good quality. The hotel pizzeria had nice food and was good value and also lots of other restaurants nearby in the town. The bed was a little lumpy - could have done with a new matteress. |

Food good and excellent value for money. All necessary services nearby such as pharmacy, daytrips, car hire, supermarket etc. Friendly helpful staff on the whole but particularly housekeeping and restaurant staff. My room was not ready until 2 pm and receptionist only advised me to eat something in the bistro. I had to carry my luggage to the bistro when I was tired. Also when I finally got the key to my room I had to go to reception again for the key to be recharged carrying my luggage. However, all the other staff were very helpful at reception. In addition, I felt the indoor pool area needed to be far cleaner and should have been monitored for cleanliness. There was a build up of limescale around the metal plug device in my bathroom and the legs of the chair in the bathroom were rusty. Also there were a couple of brown stains on the matress. So daily clean was good but spring clean required. |

Management gave me a free room upgrade. Food is very good. They are now selling timeshare and we wasted 2 hours as the salesman tried to sell us untruths 4 times. Stay away from timeshare. |

I have stayed at the Maritim Antonine before and have found it easy to find, very relaxing, very helpful & friendly staff all around the hotel. The Spa treatments are wonderful, good value for money and free use of the sauna & steam rooms is great. There is a wonderful relaxation room too where you can just sit and relax. |

This is a well run hotel, though the uncompromising hotel bureaucracy can be frustrating. The standards are high and the food excellent. The wi-fi and internet charges are expensive. Noisy cleaners. No warning given to guests that cars without a tight turning circle will have difficulty getting in and out of the car park. |
