Appartement très beau et très bien équipé, confort et équipements de qualité, superficie agréable.

Manque total d'insonorisation avec un bar en dessous qui ferme tard, et des locataires pas toujours très soucieux des autres quand ils rentrent de discothèque

Appartement spacieux, moderne et bien équipés avec notamment un lave linge et un sèche linge, la climatisation et un large choix de chaines TV (anglophones). La personne de l'accueil a toujours été prête à nous renseigner.

Appartement très mal insonorisé que ce soit contre les bruits internes et contre les bruits de l'extérieur.Cela gâche un peu le confort de l'appartement. En dehors des horaires de présence à l'accueil, la personne qui assure le check-in et le check-out ne parle pas anglais

Appartement confortable et usuel. Equipements électroménagers de qualité et récents. Mobiliers de qualité. Emplacement quasiment en bord de mer (spinola bay, marina de portomaso), proche des quartiers commerçants et en bordure du quartier de Paceville (animation nocturne, beaucoup de restaurants et bars). Isolation correcte, bien appréciée dans ce quartier animé (jour et nuit). Climatisation efficace.

Pas de permanence à la réception hors période 09h00-13h00. Linge de toilette non renouvelé pour les appartements pendant la durée du séjour (lave-linge et sèche-linge dans l'appartement). Pas de matériel pour étendre le linge lavé (pas de tancarville par exemple).

La gentillesse de la réception

Extrèmement bruyant! Les fêtards rentrent entre 4h et 7h du matin, tout résonne dans les couloirs, et on entend tout d'un appartement à l'autre...peu de changement de comportements même après l'intervention de la réception auprès des personnes concernées . je ne le recommanderais pas.dommage car les appartements sont grands...canapé lit cassé et très peu confortable.

Location - excellent large living room and great penthouse balcony. Very nice and helpful reception staff, especially with arriving after midnight. Look forward to longer stays, better than a hotel!!! Good to have garage for rent.

The bed could be a bit wider, more for Northern European statures. (the head board allows for more centimetres) and we really always need two pillows, one of feather filling. you could also do with another towel rail in the bathroom could not find a tea towel. But all was very ok for just 2 nights.

The wifi hardly work at our room (105), only in one of the bedrooms. One of the staff doesn't speak English at all and difficult to communicate.

The penthouse suite was excellant really large and would be ideal for a family of 6.It included all the nessesary items plus washing machine dryers and a dish washer.It is beside a the restaurants and the bus stop is across the road.

A very luxurius apartment which had every thing we needed.

There was a contsant elecrical humming noise because of the lift power supply which was next to our bed room

The apartmant was very poorly equipped with few pans etc in the kitchen, not even such things like egg cups. There for 11 days and no cleaner no change of bed linnen, towels etc. Reception was only staffed intermittently therefore any queries were left unsolved. Staff not very friendly which is very unusual for Malta

1) Very nice rooms with fully equipped kitchen. 2) Location, location, location.

1) Not all staff speaking english. 2) Bad internet (we were 11 people with 2-3 devices each and internet cannot handle).

I liked our privacy and the face that it was very modern and comfortable to stay

Great location both in terms of the local environment and in accessibility to the rest of Malta. Superb local shops and bars.

Good clean self catering apartments, with great facilities, including good wifi and tv.

It was very noisy at the weekend, with young people coming back to apartments at 4/5am in the morning. As apartments are not staffed the noise went on until I had to intervene myself.

Very well located!!!! Very comfortable with good kitchen facilities!!!!

The water pressure was terrible meaning waiting around in the shower for 15mins to de-soap not good at all!!!!!

The Location, The apartment was nicely designed and furnished (Looks like new). Staff friendly

I arrived at around 17:30 and there was no one at reception and no buzzer to call for assistance and only a mobile number at the door to call for someone to get you in (I had just arrived and I did not have access to a mobile or phone to make a call) this was very stressful especially with young kids. Also, I noticed that frequently after 24:00 the hot water is available and the last couple of days it wasn't available all day which really screwed up the whole thing ..you can imagine no hot water for two days other than that the rest of the stay was great.

The floor needed cleaning as very dusty and dirty. There was never a receptionist and at check-in the lady didn't speak English. Needed to pay a lat of money as deposit and they only take cash. At check out needed to wait a lot of time for the deposit to return. Air-con keep switching off very often. In the Kitchen was only 2 wine glass in a 2 bed apartment for 4 person.

The Internet and the tv wasn't working and the lady who works their she didn't care and was very rood and she only speaks italyan and I was speaking an English and she responds in italyan..I made a request of late checking out because I arrived at 9 pm they came knocking my room at 11am. to tell me you have to leave now I mean it was the badist hotel apartment I ever stayed in..

There was nobody available to attend to your complaints like Airconditioner not working ac was a constant problem - with temperature of around 38 dgree c it was sometimes unbearable

Receptionist tried her best against impossible odds.

1. Wrong room initially allocated - had to create a fuss to get the right room. 2. On-off electricity 3. Dishonest when leaving early after having pre-paid Euro 5500.00. Tried to make a ridiculous refund then double-booked our room before we had left! Result is a loss of agreed two weeks refund.

Spacious, clean rooms, good location, all equipment which is needed, Wi-Fi is in the rooms.

Bad sound isolation in the apartments.

The Onyx Apartments are in a very central location, close proximity to supermarket, restaurants, cafes, bars. Bus stop is right opposite the road. We booked a One Bedroom apartment and on arrival were nicely surprised to find out that we were upgraded to a Penthouse. I definitely recommend the Penthouse suits, they have a lovely big balcony/terrace overlooking St Julian's garden, perfect for ones morning coffee or late night drink. If your budget allows it opt for the penthouse. The apartments were very nice, clean and comfortably furnished. We are now looking into staying here again on our upcoming weekend escapes to Malta as oppose to staying in a hotel.

I can't really think of anything me and my partner didn't like. We were definitely very nicely surprised and did not expect we would like the place so much.

great location - excellent facilities - spotless

Location is excellent with restaurants, bars and shops all a short walk away. Excellent bus service with stops almost outside your door. Quality of fixtures and fittings is very good. Very spacious rooms. All kitchen equipment required is waiting for you upon arrival. From the washing machine and dryer to the Stainless Steel oven and hob - even a dishwasher - with powder!! A great central location with a busy atmosphere

A Very noisy bar 50 yars away ( Quenchers Bar ) - its so small that only 7-8 people can fit in, but unfortunately to keep their very few customers happy they have installed speakers as big as wardrobes, these keep everyone in a half mile radius awake until 3-4am. - The Onyx has double glazed patio doors but even these couldnt help - I couldnt watch TV as the Bass from this bar drowned out the sound. Not the fault of the Onyx and I would certainly recommend it - but this did spoil the week somewhat.
