The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is perfect if you want to be in the centre of Valletta. |

Room basic but clean. Breakfast included is good.Roof top terrace is a good place to relax with views over city, shame the spa was not working. Central location within the walls of the old city. Twin beds not that comfortable. |

The location is very convenient. The building is historic. There were awesome views from the bathroom window. The bed was not very comfortable, way too soft. The room was very simple, but quite large and generally fine. |

Classic "english" atmosphere. For one notable exception friendly and welcoming staff. Superb view on Valetta from our room. As said before, one person at front desk particularly disagreable |

It was very convenient for visiting the city of Valletta. The concierge was very helpful in answering questions about buses, restaurants, etc. Room was a bit small, but ok. |

The hotel was very good located close to the bus terminal and in the city center. It was very comfortable, the staff very friendly and ready to support us. A wonderful panorama from our room balcony and from the roof complete our pleasant to stay there. |

We got a last-minute internet deal on this hotel, which made it very inexpensive, so good value. Decoration and furniture pretty dated, although ground floor reception area attractive. Room not particularly comfortable or conducive to spending much time in it. Breakfast poor. |

Excellent location. The meals offer to residents was very welcome and the lounge was comfortable. Breakfast was the same every day and it was difficult to get a good cup of tea. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was just the best! The towels weren't clean and had stains on them, I was trying to use them as little as possible. |

Central location, value for money, ok selection at breakfast in view of the room price Poor watered down breakfast drinks, uncomfortable lounge chairs, room was worn-down and desperately in need of refurbishment, toilet didn't flush properly and had to use the paper basket, filling it with water from the shower. |

Excellent location. Good price for a city hotel. The food was just ok. Breakfast drinks were particularly bad. The room desperately needed redecoration but was otherwise fine. |

Friendly service. Good location of the hotel. 1. Floor covering should be much more clean. Vacuum cleaner is recommended. 2. Breakfast meals should be more diverse including vegatables. |

The hotel is located in the centre of Valletta, but not too close to the bus station. It is not noisy, and some rooms have a great view over the harbour. Everything is within easy walking distance. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Additional charges for the room safe and high Internet prices were a turn off. In the winter, not much happens in the centre after 1700. |

Its location is very convenient in Valletta and there doesn't seem to be a lot of choice -the standard of the room was aceptable An iron and ironing board and a power point adaptor would have been great-pillow slips needed better laundering |
