Poor bedroom facilities, uncomfortable pillows,uncomfortable bed, no mirrors in room ,no tea making facilities,shocking television reception, dirty bathroom.

Food crap. Personnel crap. Water supply crap. Room crap. Air conditioning was crap. I can't believe booking.com promotes this hotel as 3 star. This is less than 1 star hotel.

The hotel gav e value for money, I got what I paid for but no more. The location was excellent with the panoramic views advertised. The inclusive breakfast was ok. The hotel generally, and room in particular, were kept clean. The Staff were obliging and polite and were happy to help onthe few occassions I needed anything.

The room was small, basic and the air conditioning system was not up to keeping the place cool during the day, with temperatures over 32c and high humidity this meant I could not use the room during the day. The choice of breakfast was poor. As a single traveller, I think it would have been better to pay a bit more and stay in a bigger room.

The bed was too small. I'm only 1.66 meters but couldn't fit my legs in the bed. The reservation at booking.com mentioned that the rate was 25 Euros but at the hotel I was 30 Euros.

Relaxing no hassle or bother, only problem not all the toilets work easily, nevertheless will stay there again. (Food should be covered) good value for money.

Food should be covered as lots of flies about.

La habitación digna y limpia, pero es mejorable el mantenimiento de la limpieza en el comedor y también es mejorable el desayuno-buffet

Die Sauberkeit im Speisesaal und der Service hat schwer zu wünschen übrig gelassen. Tisch abräumen und putzen fällt schwer. Pingelig darf man in diesem Hotel nicht sein.
